I have been there twice for service and they are always extremely pleasant to deal with.

I called today because I left a item in the loaner vehicle on Saturday. Not only did they call the person who currently has the loaner to check if the item was there but they were able to get the item back to me tonight. Amazing!

I have called two other times for questions about service and they are extremely helpful and pleasant. The service is impeccable!!

Also, in the beginning of the year when I began my vehicle search, I was at the Danbury pre-owned location often. They are also amazing.

Excellent! David Guertin knows me, and my family, and I know his. We are friends. He knows everything there is to know about my car. It has never needed a repair, just regular services. The drop off takes minutes, as does pick up. I don't want any other kind of car, or any other Audi dealer/service. Danbury Audi is family.

This is the second Vehicle that I purchased from Danbury Audi. I drove 20 miles out of my way to purchase from them. They are honest, upfront and professional - no gimmicks or games - just great all around service with no pressure. They went out of their way to ensure that I purchased the exact vehicle that I wanted at a fantastic price. They were even able to get me the financing that I sought. All went very smoothly and seamlessly. If you are in the market for a new or used car, give Danbury Audi a try. You will not regret it. The best dealer in Fairfield county.

Had my rotor lock up on my 2005 Audi TT (156 k miles). I hope it lasts forever even though the 2017 model in the showroom looks outstanding. The reason, NO MANUAL TRANSMISSION. I know 'they' can do it better but I want to be in control. Had to wait a week because the part had to come from Germany. Not surprising for a 12 year old model. Rental car was great (A4). Not the dealer's fault. Too bad they didn't vacuum the interior like they do when I get my service. (That's why only 4 out of 5 stars!)

The newly upgraded service facility is well done. The personnel continue to be excellent. I was in and out with a loaner in no time. The loaner, an A3, is a striking car, just beautiful. A call later that AM told me when to pick up my TT and I returned to have it pulled up washed and vacuumed, ready to leave. No surprises, no disappointments. Audi of Danbury is well managed and first class!

On hold for 15 minutes so far after leaving 3 voice mails. Just want to know if my car is ready. They have had it for four days so far, it just went in for a routine service. I see lots of 5 star reviews. This makes me wonder if some customers are treated better than others.

Tenth year, 2nd Audi from Danbury Audi. Always polite, professional, accommodating and competent. On last weeks routine maintenance they
noted a potential problem with the brake system. Wouldn't let me drive it, gave me a loaner for the weekend, and had it back fixed (no charge) and
beautifully cleaned on Monday. "you are in good hands.with these folks."

Extremely customer responsive Service Management; totally redesigned and state of the art service bay area as well as offices. They make the service experience enjoyable. Danbury Audi is, as usual, thorough in the service needing to be performed on your car. Highly recommend.

Excellent sales from beginning to end and excellent service department as well. Like family! Al in service is accomodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great guy. Jim the dealership manager never walks by without a conversation. My 9 year old S4 developed a air conditioning problem with the condenser which needed to be replaced. Jim said it should not have stopped working and with low miles but 9 years old he replaced it at no charge! A $2900 item! Come join the family!

My experience at this dealership is always spectacular, mainly due to the individual I have dealt with each time. Kyle has been an open, honest and direct representative that has educated me on exactly what I needed to know about my car and it's maintenance, always advising me on all of my options. I've taken my cars to Audi for service for years. Everyone is professional, courteous, and friendly. You are always treated with respect. For that, I would give Audi Danbury 5 Stars.

I did deduct one star rating for the lack of having the cars returned washed. Over the past few years, the car washing that they would do upon the return of your vehicle has either ceased or was done poorly.

I will continue to take my car to Danbury Audi, but I do hope they address the car cleaning aspect. When a customer leaves, one would expect it would be in a properly serviced and CLEAN vehicle; leaving a lasting impression upon the customer. They cannot 'see' the service performed, but they can see a clean car.
