Superb service! Walked in with blown tire emergency. 45 minutes later was on my way with replacement. All late on Friday evening.
My wife and I really enjoyed the friendly service there, especially Francine Barbieri, she paid a great attention to our needs for the car (X3) and went through all the options with us after a nice test drive. Francine also worked hard with her sales manager (Peter who is a very nice guy) to get us a good deal. We will highly recommend her to our friends!
Bought a used 2011 328xi in march 2016. Car has been in shop 5 times since then. Luckily I bought the expensive warranty to cover most of the repairs. Yesterday my wife broke down in the middle of nowhere . I called them and they were unable to tell me name of warranty company. No more BMW 's because of this dealership. STAY AWAY!
Go there for mainly parts. Very thorough and helpful. Service department customer service is great and friendly also. Haven't purchased a car from them so don't know that part. However overall a very friendly bunch. Go Sammy !!
Irresponsible and unreliable
Stay Away!! Stickers, pricing and specs do not match. Not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.
Came in all the way from NYC and after spending nearly 2.5 hours at the dealership (5.5 hours overall from NYC and back) when we narrowed down on the car, which had a huge sticker on windscreen and both front and back plates which said Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), we were told it is NOT CPO. Verbally we had earlier asked the Sales Exec (Giovanni), about any accidents / Carfax report, he said CPO cars are clean.
When finalizing with the manager (Sunny) he totally backed-off and though he apologized(lip service), he was not apologetic at all. He said we would need to pay upward of $3000 for certification.
Shouldn't they be taking responsibility for their mistakes ? If labor has a cost and time, what about customer's time ?
Kat zambetti is amazing. excellent customer service..
Since they opened in Monroe, I had been a loyal customer and purchase 3 new BMWs over the years and had an excellent experience with their sales team.
I recently went in to purchase another vehicle and none of the staff I had a relationship with was there anymore. The new sales staff was arrogant and rude.
Also they never return any of my phone calls. After all these years of giving my hard earned money to them and now getting treated like they don't care anymore?
Loyal customers like me that kept your lights on. I get better service at Walmart next door.
Never going back there!
Beautiful cars and very smooth ride
As a long standing BMW customer, this was the worst experience I have had with any service team. We took our 2016 vehicle in for minor repairs; when we got home we realized what we asked and paid for was not done properly. We took it back, they inspected it and gave us an appointment to take it in. The service on that day was terrible; I emailed the Manger and left a message on his voice mail, but without a reply. I got through to him in the afternoon and his comment in the first seconds of our conversation was "he was not sure what I wanted, and if I needed an apology", which seems very condescending and unprofessional. To make my story short. .we did not leave our car that day, but rescheduled. Today we are being told that we need to pay an additional $150 for the job we already paid for that was not done properly. This is the worst example of what BMW service stands for, and I hope this review will enlighten their management team.
They were good to me when I went for a recall. Even vacuumed and washed my car before giving it back
Servicing my Diesel X5 was a breeze Made the appointment with Debbie the week before.. Walk in a week later and Chris takes my info and promises me it will be ready by 10:30 Washed, cleaned and ready for another 10,000 miles I truly feel they value my business and my time I enjoy the dealership It's a great place to buy a car, get it serviced and look at all the new cool car technology A+ dealership!
I just got my 2008 BMW M3 back from Orange County BMW and I feel completely robbed and Im left feeling full regret. it started November 1, 2016 I dropped my car off for a small oil leak I got a phone call the next day informing me that they found out what was wrong and they were going to fix the problem that my warranty company covered it which was the oil filter housing gasket and I was left with a small balance of $279. Than I was told that the valve cover gaskets that where brand new with New valve covers which were purchased from authorized BMW Parts dealer that were recently replaced in June 2016 were no good..I really found that hard to believe but I figured they knew what they were doing so I said go ahead and do the work but send me pictures so I can send to company that I got the valve covers from and get refunded. They sent me the pictures and all it was old oil that was not cleaned off when the valve covers where done but it was to late the already started doing work the advisor said. Than I got a phone call from advisor informing me that my total would be $679 what a jump from $279 I couldn't believe my ears but what I'm I to do. A week went by with out hearing a word from BMW. I finally got a phone call saying my car was ready to be picked up. Only to get there today 11/12/16 to find out my total is now $895.98 I felt so discussed and completely taken advantage of. To add insult to injury I was told that they threw in a free oil filter cover like they were doing me a favor than come to find out I was charged for it. It Doesnt end there I inspected my car closely only to find a gouge on my Passanger front tire. and hardly no oil in the car it was so low that it made oil light come on. I will never do business with orange county bmw or ever refer anybody to them. I wouldn’t want anybody to feel the way I feel.
ps. I had no choice but to at lest put one star but i didn't even feel comfortable giving them that..
