Me and my wife went there to spend a substantial amount on sporting equipment. However, I have never in my life experience this kind of behaviour in a sporting good store. After entering with a one year old son, we were not greeted and simply ignored for the time we were there. We were standing in the middle of the store for a few minutes and nobody would even come to help us or ask us what we want.

Terrible experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone

I was introduced to skiing a few weeks ago at age 55. I loved my first outing except for one thing: the rental boots felt like medieval torture devices. A friend who's a serious ski bum suggested that I get boots as soon as possible and rent the rest of the gear until I know that I am really committed.

Because of the mild winter, the sales started super early this year. My friend recommended Ryan, one of the owner/managers at Ski Haus as the best guy around to fit hard-to-fit feet (I have extra wide feet and huge calves honed by years of cycling). Ryan was able to get me into a pair of Salomon boots that are moldable to fit my feet. He took his time to get everything right. They fit perfectly

I have been out several times in them since and they feel great, allowing me to focus on what I should be focused on instead of the pain of my feet in cheap rental boots. Now I can concentrate fully on improving my incredibly awkward efforts to link together turns on the bunny hills as hordes of five year olds zoom effortlessly by.

I will absolutely be back and because of the service and advice, I will consider Ski Haus to be my go-to shop for ski stuff. Can't wait until next season!

My experience with Ski Haus has never been anything but superb. They are knowledgeable and friendly and never seem to be annoyed with too many questions. I want to especially comment on their service. I bought a pair of ski boots along with clothing and other supplies 2 years ago and returned for adjustments on my boots and Sean spent over an hour with me and my nit picking. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in how to adjust for a perfect fit. My biggest surprise was after all that, there was no charge. In a time when customer service is becoming a rarity, they are still heads above the rest. I hope they never lose that edge!

I love ski haus, we went there today with my boyfriend to get him a new pair of snowboard boots. The employee took him time to fit him into a pair that fit him(he has extremely wide feet), then they custom molded the inserts to his feet. Even though they were very busy, he took his time. I can't say enough good things about ski haus. They are having good sales right now too!

This is my favorite ski shop! The knowledgeable sales staff always offer honest advice which I appreciate. I ski out west every year and visit ski shops all over, but always end up going back to Ski Haus for all my new gear. I have always found them to have the best prices on skis and jackets.
