I usually visit for monthly business meetings. Friendly staff and clean areas. I like that the meeting room is not freezing. They have a small detached parkung garage which is helpful.

Thank you for providing a lovely hotel with elegance and charm! The restaurant food was delicious with a special thank you to Jose for outstanding service. The view from our room was breathtaking over the water and the heated pool was welcoming after a long days journey. Thanks again to all that make the Marriott a magical place to stay.

We stayed here while visiting the Parker college. We were unimpressed as soon as we walked in. The bed sheets were definitely not changed as we found hair on both of the beds, along with stains on the pillows and comforters. The floor was not vacuumed and the person who stayed here last breakfast order was still laying around. The bathroom had hair everywhere as well. The AC/heater didn’t work whatsoever. It didn’t cool or heat. Overall the location is beautiful (right by a pond) but the cleanliness and everything else needs MAJOR improvement especially for the price that is paid.

I attended a conference at the Las Colinas Marriott. The conference rooms and amenities were well taken care of. The wait staff was polite and attentive. The food that was served tasted good. I would recommend using this hotel for business functions.

This stay was not up to Marriott standards I have experienced at other Marriott properties. We checked in at 5 PM and had to take an alternate room because the type I reserved was not ready. Since we were attending a concert within walking distance, we opted for the in house dining. Our server was very good but the kitchen was so slow. I was very disappointed with my meal, since it included instant mashed potatoes! For the menu prices, the food should be from scratch. The room was ok, but it was not the type I reserved. This was my first and probably last stay at this Marriott property.

Great hotel! I've stayed here 15+ nights. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a nice view overlooking a lake and is connected to a walking path. Lastly the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They're all friendly and will go above and beyond to help. If your in the area this would be my first choice in hotels

Beautiful property with amazing views st a great location. I only stayed one night as I was in town for work but I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My on wish is that the AC worked better. It was a bit warm in the room and it couldn't get the job done.

The location was a bit difficult to get to. It was more so with the construction going on. Thank goodness Uber and Lyft drivers are knowledgeable on the goings on around there. The hotel is spectacular with great water feature views and a place for me to jog. I lived it. Room was kept clean and I had toilet paper so I was happy.

Very hospitable atmosphere. Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the Lake Carolyne from our window. Loved it. Concierge Access made it so comfortable to have a quick snack or a drink. Fitness center is OK for a workout any time. Overall a nice place. Currently construction work at the front side of the hotel makes commute a bit of challenge. Should be fantastic once the construction will be over.

I come here for a conference every year. the staff has always been so wonderful to us! the location is perfect for our event. the hotel is always clean and the staff is always attentive.

Highly recommended!
