Guy was extremely rude I told him the size I needed said it was too small of a area that "he gives his installers 125 " so he would have to charge us 220 for installation. when asking about size I gave him he said I didnt measure right so we asked do u send someone out to measure he said no. So how does anyone get the measurements I will never buy or refer this company

After several months of shopping for flooring to replace our 16 year old carpet we had given up. We had received bids that were outrageous and had no confidence in the people giving those bids. A friend suggested we try Dallas Flooring Warehouse. Our first meeting with Trey Smith was a game changer! Trey was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He listened to our needs and recommended the perfect flooring to meet those needs and our budget without trying to upsell us. Trey went the extra mile and came our personally, on a Saturday to measure the areas that we wanted replaced. The prices were much lower than any estimate we had received for a higher quality product.

We had our flooring installed and could not be happier with the outcome.
The installation was done by professional and courteous installers. They arrived when they were scheduled, kept things as clean as possible and did their job efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend Trey and Dallas Flooring Warehouse to anyone looking for Quality flooring at amazing discounts. Can honestly say they exceeded all of our expectations! Trey has gave me the best deal 2 different times. The 1st time was awesome hardwood and 2 rooms of carpet and then I went back a year later and finished up with carpeting my stairs and whole second floor. I am a deal chaser and I searched everyone and visited many places as well as tearing up the internet and both times they had the best price and quality.

In my business I work with a lot of different homebuilders, and when it came time to replace the floors in my own home each one of them sent me their flooring guys info saying they were the best around. Trey Smith at Dallas Flooring Warehouse beat everyone of their prices by a landslide! His crew arrived within a week and finished the job in 2 1/2 days. They were very professional and did great work. Several of those homebuilders now call Trey for all of their projects.

Great people to buy carpet from. Bring in your measurements and give them a chance to earn your business. They sell the whole package carpet- pad- installation. no need to clear furniture their installers will move it for you. Ask for Trey he knows floors and can help you stay within your budget.

Horrible company to work with The floor we bought was great but the service and team they sent out to install was crappy. Went several time that the shoe on our baseboards were not matching up. The team was using hand cutters and hand saws and not cutting with the proper table saw with angle attatchment. The salesman or anyone from office would not come out to see the install. The team left trash all over my house..Left drinks on window bench and made a ring on it. They did not level my floors so now when I walk on it there are dips all through the house. If there was a less than 1 star I would choose that. Floors were done mid-December 2016. Wanted to do Kitchen and Office in 2017 but will find another company to use.

Recently ordered engineered flooring through Trey Smith. Found him professional in every way in providing a wealth of information in a non-pushing way. Saved a bundle of money and would not hesitate to use him again. Also the installers, Josh and helper did great installation always handling furniture with care and taking great pains to keep the installation sites as clean as possible.

Me and my wife wanted to replace the carpet and tiles in our living room, hallways and kitchen with engineered hardwood. When we went to the store and met with Trey back in april, he was been extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns, never pushed us to buy or order any of the products. When he came to our house to get the actual dimensions for the quote, he was been very courteous and considerate.
the price that they offered was very competitive, free for carpet removal, $1.x/sq ft for tiles. The project ended up costing us around $10k for installing 1,000 sq ft of engineered hardwood floor.
We were not at our house when they did the installation, but when we went to see the installed hardwood floor in person, we were more than pleased with how everything turned out.

At first they are very helpful and assisted me when I visited them, however when I needed to get an estimate for a major job and wanted them to come out to measure, inspect and quote, they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. When I called, they said they were too busy and would have to reschedule. Contacted them again and they never responded - this was 2 weeks ago. I have difficulty trusting a company that does not call back or show up when they say the will. I found 3 other companies who came highly recommended by product suppliers and they each came out on the day and time they said they would. I am glad I did not hire Dallas Flooring Warehouse.
