Excellent product and service from Ronda, Brenda and the diligent work crew at Custom Window Coverings. I bought A LOT of shades for my south- and west-facing home and am so pleased to have brightness yet lots of UV protection for my furnishings and artwork. Thanks to everyone!

The Custom Window Coverings team was incredibly service oriented and great to work with. The service personnel always arrived on time as promised. The work was installed professional and efficiently. We encountered a problem with the color of 2 blinds not matching the existing blinds and they addressed the issue promptly and without extra charges. This is the second time I used Custom Window Coverings and can highly recommend them.

Have worked with Dan and Staff for quite some time during and after the build of our home. They are tireless in their efforts for customer satisfaction and have always been VERY RESPONSIVE to any need, question or concern. Their prompt service and response to any issue shows how much they value each customer, and consistently proves they back up what they sell. Highly recommend for any window covering need!!

We had a great working experience with Ed and Dan this past year. We had installation of power shades and blinds for our entire house. Everything went smoothly and all looks wonderful. We even had a warranty issue on one roller shade and they quickly came out to investigate, ordered a replacement and reinstalled within 3 weeks. We would definitely recommend Custom Window Coverings, Ltd for your job, big or small.

We had CWC install exterior shades, as well as interior honey comb blinds. The products are absolutely the best, the installation was done professionally and efficiently, with a lot of care taken to do it properly, which was not easy, given the details of our house. We could not recommend the entire operation more highly and we love the results.

I've purchased blinds for three rooms from Custom Window Coverings and had them installed. They are professional, on time, no hard pressure sales, clean up afterwards. The blinds are just what I wanted and I will probably order blinds for one more room from them. I highly recommend them.

I am totally happy with the product and service of Custom Window Coverings. They were very patient with me as I changed my selection. Their installer knew his stuff--he worked quickly and showed me all the features of my shades. Great experience and I love the finished product.

Simple experience. They showed up, measured, came back with product and installed as per contract. A couple of years later Judith did a courtesy call, wonderful in itself, and wanted to know if all was good. I actually had a broken link on the chain and 2 days later it was fixed. Custom Window coverings provided us with high quality professional service in the selection and installation of window coverings for our home and a rental casita. I especially appreciated the attention and time given by the representative who visited our home and casita and assisted me in making the best choice of style and material and color for the particular location. The installations were expert, the installer came at the appointed time, was courteous and efficient. I have used Custom Window Coverings, Ltd. twice since we moved to Santa Fe and will do so again.

Meridith came out and showed me samples to choose from and measured the openings and then Tyler installed them quickly. I was amazed at how they improved the room. More rooms later! Both Meredith and Tyler were great.

We purchased a high end condo for investment. It was important to have window treatments that added value to the unit. I believe that was accomplished with the product from Custom Window Coverings. The shutters were pricey, but in the end we felt the ROI will make them worth it. The reason for rating this experience 3 stars is the lack of communication we received through the process.
My wife made the initial contact at their store front. She said the person she spoke to wasn't very pleasant. In fact enough so that she thought about going somewhere else. But she stuck it out and set up a site walk and quote. This went smooth with the owner. We didn't realize how technical the ordering of shutters could be. Right side versus left side and which way will they slide and open. Once ordered we waited. The product had to be shipped from the manufacturer. It was an extensive wait. We had to keep checking on the status which was irritating. The product arrived and the installers found pieces damaged. A wrong piece was also shipped. This wasn't the fault of CWC. They reordered and we waited. The installers came back and finished one room, but found out once again the mfg. had bungled the second shutters design. CWC reordered again. The third time was the charm. I liked their installation crew. The two men were professional and easy to work with. As I said earlier I rated average and not great because we needed to inquire instead of being kept informed throughout the process. Otherwise we are happy with the end result.
