Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room with all the amenities you would expect. The rooms near the main street get the noise from the traffic, though not to bad.

Good place and good rate. The work out equipment could be better. Only one weight machine and no free rates. Treadmill did not work.

Nice place to stay for a quick trip. The rooms are clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is like the other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. (love the cinnamon rolls!) The staff was friendly and efficient.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The pancakes were very good and the juice machine was very neat. Also, the cinnamon rolls were extremely delectable. The decadent combination of cinnamon, sugar, and flour really made my day. The rooms were great too, very spacious and neat. The staff was good, and our room was kept very clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient too, since it was only 45 minutes away from the ski resort we were visiting. Overall, the hotel is a great one.

It's definitely not the best or worst I've ever stayed at. For very short notice & close to where I needed to be for 2 days it definitely fit what I needed and the price was good. room was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly better than most. I would stay here again.

4 miles from downtown and near to many restaurants. Loved staying there. Breakfast is really impressive and not usual holidayIn menu.

Can't say enough about the hospitality of this wonderful hotel. When my mom was in the hospital this weekend and not a single room was available in town, Holiday Inn had 1 room left and they still spent the time helping us find all the discounts we qualified for at midnight! Thank you so much Holiday Inn for a clean, comfortable beacon in the night!

Dirty room, especially the bathroom (toothpaste on the faucet). The room had a weird smell. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was also good.

The room we had was very clean. Guest services was super helpful when one of our children got sick. The continental breakfast had great variety and was refilled quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

Good enough.
Super friendly front desk person. Upon asking questions about food delivery, she gave me a quote I'll probably use for life, "I'm absolutely positive, they might". Cracked me up! She was also very accommodating when I arrived in my room to find air conditioning not working properly, she came immediately and 'fixed' it.
If you're not looking for ritzy or large rooms, nothing fancy, you'll be just fine here.response / report this review -

I tried to stay at this Holiday Inn Express several months ago and had a terrible experience. I got to this hotel at about 11 pm one night and was looking for a parking spot. As soon as I pulled into the front entrance of the hotel, one of the hotel employees made eye contact with me. He stared at me until I pulled my car around the building. When I parked my car on the side of the building I looked up and noticed the same employee looking at me from a distance. I noticed him pull his phone out and make a phone call. I got my things out of my car and made my way towards him to ask him if he was calling the cops on me. He said I looked suspicious so he contacted security. I asked him why I looked so suspicious to him if I was parking my car in the hotel parking lot and removing my suitcase out of the trunk. He then responded by saying that there were a lot of car thefts in the area and that I looked suspicious. Just to let future customers of Holiday Inn Express Santa Fe Cerrillos know, I looked suspicious to this gentleman because I was a black woman in my car at night in Santa Fe, NM. Not sure he would have called security on me if I was a white customer in the parking lot at night removing my suitcase out of the trunk of my car.

This was by far the best Place we've ever stayed at. Have no complaints whatsoever!!! The room was excellent!! It was very nice and quiet. The staff from front desk to housekeeping was the friendliest!!! I will most certainly recommend and stay here again!! Benny & Belinda from Texas
