I have been going to Flawless since it opened - if looking natural and refreshed are your cosmetic goals then look no further than Flawless. They’re professional, kind, they listen and really take into account everyone’s individual needs and face structure. I have done many treatments offered and have been very satisfied - the Ultherapy treatment firmed and tightened my face so well, it looked like I️ had lost 15 lbs because my face was skinnier! Totally amazing - love this place!

I️ cannot recommend Flawless enough! Michelle at the front desk was an absolute joy to interact with! She made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the products/procedures offered.
Brooke made my experience that much more amazing. She had a very light hand, a great sense of humor and took care of me until the second I left the door.

I have always been self conscious of my double chin, and Flawless helped me find a permanent solution! I never knew what Kybella was or that there was such a thing out there that could melt my chin fat away. The nurse Brooke, really educated me on what to expect and how the treatment would go. It didn’t even really hurt. I got my second treatment today & am pretty swollen, but excited for even better results. The Flawless staff is great— The front desk ladies are always very kind & personable, making me feel comfortable. Highly Recommend this spa!

I had great results at Flawless Medical spa. The staff is not only caring and professional but the ambience of the spa is very welcoming. The owner, who was extremely pleasant to talk to, who kindly came up and introduced herself, was on site and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Brooke took care of my needs today and she gave me amazing results! They take their customers on time so you don't have to wait, thanks to their great customer service.

Tried Botox for the first time for the deep lines between my eyes. I was tired of looking mad all the time. I was surprised how little it hurt to have the injection. Thanks to Flawless Med Spa, I finally know what that feels like for the first time in my life. I love that I can walk out in the dresses I longed to wear but didn't have the confidence to do so. I have happily said goodbye to ingrown hairs, razor burn, and painful waxing. I love how smooth my legs feel and I enjoy the fact that it never crosses my mind anymore if people are looking at my hairy legs. Which has plagued my every thought since 3rd grade when a very mean little girl pointed out my difference, laughed, and told everyone else to look too.
I couldn't be more happy with the results and I do not regret investing my money into something that made me feel beautiful, confident, and carefree. Not to mention Flawless is one of the best places to get laser hair removal. Believe me I have shopped around because it is a little pricey BUT Flawless is affordable, their staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and inviting.
My advice: GO TO FLAWLESS!

Lynn is my favorite, she has been doing my tattoo removal treatments for months now and she does great work. Iv never had an issue with scheduling or payments so I recommend them for all those reasons. I will be trying the laser hair removal this year and see how that goes.

I was very impressed with the staff and service I received at Flawless. I got my girlfriend's name tattooed on my arm 10 years ago and have regretted it-- especially after we broke up. I went to Flawless and have had 8 treatments (they told me it could take 12-16 to get it off). I have been very pleased with the results. The procedure is fast, the spa is clean, the overall vibe of the spa is welcoming and I like that there are nurses on staff. I shopped other places in town and they were by far the most reasonable. I liked that I could pay monthly for my treatments. I highly recommend them.

I recommend this place to nobody. Everybody was nice but these ladies don't know what they are doing. They scam & lie to you. I was told if I sign up with their membership I would get a discount of $65 for 4 of my tattoo sessions but when I came in the second treatment I was told to pay $125. They rip you off. Go somewhere else!!
