The Best Western Santa Fe is a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, atttactively decorated, and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was the best of Santa Fe style- not kitchy at all. The location was fairly central to most of the places people would want to see, although not all are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great service and awesome amenities that are usually only offered at 5 star resorts. The room was clean and updated. The property was safe and well lit. The free breakfast was great too. They offered sausage, fresh made waffles hot from the waffle iron, various cererals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and a assortment of fresh juices like apple and orange juice. The staff was very accommodating and professional. I'd definitely stay again!

Great room for the price. Nicely furnished. Plenty of options for breakfast, both hot and cold. Pool was warm and refreshing. Hot tub in pool area was nice, probably around 102 or 103 degree. Would have preferred about 105 degrees. Plenty of parking.

This hotel projects its southwest location with lots of southwest decor. Good location on a main artery 3 miles from downtown center. Parking is close. Tip: you can get a little street noise on north side of hotel; south will be quietest. Easy to get a good rest on comfortable bed. This is not your cookie cutter standard hotel. Bonus: there is an outlet for charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles at night when lights are on.

Found this property to be more reasonably priced than many in the area. Well located and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were nice although a bit too visible to the front lobby. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the best western in Santa Fe New Mexico. It was awesome. The front desk was extremely nice and was able to accommodate my family at the last minute on our first night in Santa Fe. We had to leave our original hotel late that night due to unforseen circumstances and the Best Western took us in without any issues. We appreciated the HOSPITALITY, CLEAN ROOMS AND BREAKFAST. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wish we could take this room with us on our travels. Cozy and comfortable with the southwestern flare of Santa Fe. Pet friendly , quiet , 10 minute drive to all the attractions. I loved the extra sink next to the microwave , made washing baby bottles much easier. We're vegan so can't say much for breakfast but Thank you for the great stay!

I was presently surprised. When I pulled up to the hotel, I was not thrilled. But when I went inside, my opinion was completely different. The staff was generous, breakfast was good, and there pool was amazing. My only complaint was the suites were pretty warm. We had to request another fan to pump cool air into the front room. Also, the two bedroom rooms don't have a door, so prepare accordingly.

Nice stay at a "pet friendly" hotel. Room decor complemented the Southwest location. Clean and bed comfortable to provide a good night's rest. Limitation of not being able to leave pet in room unattended made dining difficult. We have a well behaved small pet that is quiet when kenneled but it would be nice for the hotels to partner with local restaurants that offer patio dining and shared that information. If hot weather that is common to that area pets cannot be left in cars while dining.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast buffet was good too, but that's the only good things I can say about the hotel. It shouldn't be considered a Best Western "Plus." The WiFi rarely worked properly & when it did, it was slow. I couldn't connect a network cable either because there were no network outlets in the room (only the expensive suites had them per staff). Also, electrical outlets were filled up or not in the right place. Pillows were square, the toilet was too low. I could go on, but get the idea. 3 stars was generous.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. We arrived at 2am, kids were tired and it was so nice to end our long road trip from California to New Mexico in comfortable beds. We all agreed we would definitely stay again. There were 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs. We all fit comfortably in the 2 double with sleeper sofa room. Very few hotels that are nice are pet friendly. The next night the staff was nice enough to extend the pool hours so we could let our overly tired kids burn off energy and relax before bed. Easy access from the freeway and close to everything. We will be staying here again soon

The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing. It was warm, large, nicely shaped. The hot tub was also nice. There was plenty of parking and even though they were under construction everything was accessible. The woman at the front desk was not exactly friendly but she seemed overwhelmed.

The Best Western Plus in Santa Fe is great. I have stayed multiple times. Good breakfast. Fitness room is better than most hotels and recently upgraded with new bike, elliptical, and free weights rack, in addition to treadmill and weight machine they already had. Staff always friendly and helpful. Convenient location for walking or driving.

The room was clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. My boyfriend and I ordered a room with a jacuzzi in it, and that was incredible! The indoor jacuzzi and pool were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast had great hot options as well as continental ones. The service was kind and knowledgable! Our only issue was the outside and hallways. The front was blocked off by 2 tractors, and littered throughout the property were old furnishings for sale. Our hallway was lined with new furnishings not yet installed. Hopefully they change all of this out soon, it could affect other people more than it did us. I am disabled and would like to commend them for having a pool aid for those who may need it!
