The guys that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable and they work they do is the best. They fix the wiring issue with my trailer and went way above and beyond what I was expecting.

Bought tires from them on ebay or my 16 foot light weight travel trailer. After just 800 miles and 2 weeks later after the purchase, the tire blew causing a total loss to the trailer. Spoke to them just after the incident and they stated they would refund the money after I sent pictures of the damage. I sent multiple pictures and no response. It has now been almost 3 months and no refund.

Excellent business, great customer service personnel and fast shipping. I ordered through Matt at the Naples location prior to hurricane Harvey, and received my merchandise sooner than expected. The prices are very good, as we would highly recommend Custom Hitch & Trailer.

Whet in to have trailer hitch installed.Picked up our BRAND NEW CAR and a piece of trim inside the back lift gate was broken off.One of the workers tried to tell me it was like that!!
I said I have made ONE PAYMENT ON MY BRAND NEW CAR,I DONT THINK SO.Brian manager,then took over and paided to buy new trim piece.We paided to have new piece installed.Also scratched the back ,and left black stuff all over back of car.Would not recommend.response / report this review -

Love this place Brian is awesome. They installed my hitch and lights on my car for my camper and even offered to check out the camper after I picked it up to make sure it had leaf springs so if I hit a pothole nothing would happen. Great customer service and friendly guys. I highly recommend using them

The hourly rates leave something to be desired. $108 an hour is a bit much. Especially since they have almost nothing in stock. However, the one person we dealt with is very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Cant speak to anyone else, didnt deal with a manager, or any other staff. Just the one installer.

Very pleased with recent service at Custom Hitch & Trailer in Naples. Brian was very helpful, and patient, with knowledgeable suggestions. Prices reasonable. My trailer tows significantly better after his help. Know about them because they were also helpful several years ago with a different trailer I brought to them. I recommend them.

I was very impressed with my experience. The staff is very professional and helpful. I was unsure of which type of trailer I needed, so Brain spent a great deal of time working with me to insure I made the correct purchase. I defiantly will return in the future.
