It was a nice hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good as is the happy hour. My main complaint is of you get a room near the fountain it can be a tad bit noisy (they turn the fountain off during sleeping hours).

Great place to stay. Near highway 280 with easy access on and off. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. They have nice large rooms but need more outlets to charge phones. There is a lounge and room service but loads of resturants close by to choose from.

Nice hotel for business trips. Nice room, excellent bed, bathroom and safe parking. Near everything. However, an opportunity for the hotel: In cold mornings, please don't serve the breakfast outside. Is not a good idea.

Thanks hotel is cozy and surprisingly nice. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clan and spacious. The location is close too many food and shopping spots, making any last minute needs easy to acquire. So far, my experience has been pleasant.

A fantastic hotel with large rooms and lots of class. The hotel also has a fantastic breakfast buffet with a great selection. My only complaint is that there is not easy access to outlets net to the bed so that I could charge my phone at night. Other than that minor complaint it was a great experience.

The Cupertino Hotel is a very unique hotel. The rooms are all on the perimeter of a courtyard containing many trees and plants along with a pool. The rooms are very nice as well. The only complaint I have is that the rooms seem to be lacking insulation as noises outside of your room are very easy to hear and do not seem to be muffled at all. Otherwise a great experience!

Old hotel that has been remodeled. Some rooms are better than others. Our first room had an A/C unit that sounded like a bomb went off every hour or so. The second room was much better. No gym onsite, but they partner with the YMCA, which is a 4 minute drive away. Free happy hour in the bar from 5pm-6pm. Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful pools.

Wonderful place where we stayed after seeing a summer concert at the Montalvo Arts Center. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated. The best part is that the rooms all open up to the interior courtyard and pool with beautiful landscaping. The morning breakfast out there with the made to order omelets and other items was delicious. The pool was warm and the hot tub hot! Great place.

Arrived to check in and was told I didn't have a room to stay in. Confirmation number meant nothing! I called a week ahead to check on my reservation and ask for an ajoining room. At that time, I also booked a room for my parents. They were also told they didn't have a room upon arrival. Customer service handled it terribly. Their response, "We don't have room. This is not our problem." I was told I didn't have a reservation. I guess it magically disappeared within the week. What an awful situation this is to be in. We were a long way from home with kids in tow.

The service was phenomenal and the breakfast was great. This place markets itself as a luxury business hotel which it is not. Maybe at one point it was but the facilities are in need of repair and touchups which it seems like they are trying (they came into my room one random day to swap out the shower head). The gym is actually free access to the YMCA which was a huge letdown and the bars credit card machine was down for the duration of our trip. For being so close to Apple simple convinces like a working credit card system, not losing a credit card authorization form that was sent prior to the visit, and not having enough available and accessable outlets all seem pretty major for a business oriented hotel.

Excellent facility, room was fantastic, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, Breakfast was included and was superb, location is great, no exercise area but the Cupertino Hotel has an agreement with the local YMCA less then a mile away, YMCA was equally impressive. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels this location is definitely in my top five. My only complaint is the booking paperwork indicated Cupertino Inn, I passed by the location 3 times looking for the Cupertino Inn, caveat it was almost midnight and I had travelled a great distance. Cupertino Inn is the Cupertino Hotel and I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Staying in the South Bay can get insanely expensive (seriously, what's the deal?). The Cupertino Hotel had everything you could ask for. Rooms were clean and modern, pool was nice and relaxing Just an overall great stay. Only complaint was that the check-in time was 4pmfirst hotel I've been too with it so late.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has a wide selection of great food and is available for a few hours every morning. The service is wonderful and the hotel is also in a great area that is safe, clean, and close to the freeway. I would definitely stay here again. On a side note, it is about an hour drive to San Francisco so it may not be the best option for quick access. It's definitely possible though, if you're fine with the drive.
