Good Italian food, love the Veal Papardelle and the Chicken Parm is awesome..
If the chef wants to know why his restaurant closes, its because of the staff. The food was pretty good, and I'd like it to stay open. However, he should fire the entire wait staff and management that worked on Friday 5/21/13. I know why the bartender is working, he's hot and somewhat attentive. As for our waiter? I have no idea what he is doing working in the food industry. He could not have had a worse energy, even when I tried to engage him and be friendly. Its like he knew he could charge 20% grat bc it was a group so he was terrible. As a former server, it was unacceptable. Also, when you have 1 large party and TWO other tables, it is unacceptable that a manager did not come over ONCE to ask how things were. Overall, chefstart looking for a new gig bc you have potential but nothing else about this restaurant is positive.
Waitress was great, but on a scale of 1-10 this gets a No. Food was average. Music was so loud we couldn't even hear the waitress. Had to yell and ask that it be turned down, which it was for 5 minutes then back to blaring. On top of that, cue the party frat guys (which one would think would have been put off by the prices). Not a great experience and nothing noteworthy that makes me want to try it again
