We went on a day the museum was closed, the walk around the grounds was peaceful but the lack of signage explaining what we were looking at was disappointing. We will have to come back and check out the museum!

Small museum with artifacts and info on Indian cultures that used to live in the area. Grounds have several mounds you walk around and explore . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would go back

Nice small little park that offers lots of local history, picnic area with grills, and a seas wall that offers a fishing spot in the channel.

The Indian mounds have a peaceful feeling and since there are few visitors you can walk and think without running into others. Beautiful at sunset. There is something about this place that calls me to come back Every time I am here. Serenity found.

This is an interesting place whether you have have an interest in Indian/Native American culture or just history in general. The ranger at the museum was very knowledgeable and friendly, speaking with me for an hour and answering questions.
