Brought a defective purse under warranty into the store to see if they would send it back for warranty service as other stores have done in the past. Manager was extremely rude and stated that the defect was actually a quality of the purse. Never heard of a problem being a desirable characteristic of something. Refused to help in anyway. Calling corporate to get this $200 purse issue resolved.

The manager Amy and Jan are so nice and sweet. Everyone is very professional there but those two went truly above and beyond.

The staff was very pleasant. Greeted me at the door. Let me know the sales and even gave me a coupon. I found some pretty good deals. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience at this store.

Went to this factory store to purchase multiple Christmas gifts. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, and my experience was terrible. Its staff should learn how to treat customers well especially when the products are this expensive and high-quality.
One manager, Andrea, was incredibly rude as I was trying to purchase my items, and acted as if I should've shopped elsewhere.

They have poor customers service has very bad attitude no one wanted too help act if i wasn't there so i left were visiting a family in saint Augustine will not be coming back too coach. Store i can get ruininessfrom where i live thank god where i'm from (Chicago ) we do not do people like they do..we have. Excellent customers service .
