*The bedsheets weren't changed.* The first night of my stay I was in bed and saw a brown stain (hopefully ice cream) on thr sheets. I'd heard that some hotels only remake the beds without changing the sheets, but I never thought it was true until now. The shower had hair in it.
Even the pre packaged food looks old.
The shuttle from the airport doesn't come frequently enough. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, we called the front desk to ask where it was only to be hung up on.
I will say the inside looks nicer than the outside. Apparently it's been remodeled recently. It's decent enough.response / report this review -

The hotel itself is great. It has a great restaurant and the rooms are nice. The area itself is bland. The are very few places within walking distance for food. Van will take you to some places if you schedule ahead of time.

Good Hotel close to the airport and I got a recommendable room rate. Only thing that I would prevent next time is booking the breakfast. What Americans call a breakfast or continental breakfast is mostly some sugary waffles or pancakes that has nothing to do with a healthy or tasty start into a busy day.

A functional hotel near the Newark Airport (though kind of in an industrial area). The rooms are OK. The restaurant is not great but is convenient. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful, including at the restaurant.

I've stayed here twice now, each time for just one night. For both visits the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant and bar are also very nice and the wait staff were accommodating.

Seevice is wonderful and the shuttle service is very convenient. Rooms are a little aged but everything you need is there and the beds are very comfy. Id stay here again.

Not impressed. Rooms fairly clean. But couldn't use the glasses in the dining room because they were dirty. Hall carpet was really dirty. Staff was not real friendly or helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 days for business travel. Great bed, comfortable atmosphere, and great service. Friendly staff. Shower could use some updates, but overall a great experience.

Nice rooms. Hotel next to Newark, N. J. airport. Parking for big vehicles or combinations not available. Short buses or straight trucks can get thru entrance gate.

We used this hotel to park our car before departing from Newark Airport. The shuttle service was very helpful in getting us from the hotel to the airport. Nice people at the booth to help us pay for it and direct us where to go. Valet parking after dropping off the car.

Comfy beds, free HBO, shower temperature & pressure was great. Parking costs money though (why???) And the gated parking garage causes trouble when you order food delivery. Overall a great experience.

A beautiful hotel with very fast check in procedure. Another great feature is the free shuttle to Newark Airport. It is leaving the hotel every 20 min 24/7. Trip time to the airport is about 10 min.
