The rooms were very roomy and very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again for sure if ever in Rahway NJ.

Very clean and always smell fresh. Worm inviting atmosphere. Quite. ,
If it your first time, it will probably be a little tricky to get in from the main road if you driving south on 1&9 but that's about the only "bad" thing I could find.response / report this review -

For my wife and I this was the second time we have stayed at this facility. The rooms have been clean both times although the carpet this time did need to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. Personnel and staff of the hotel were courteous, efficient and helpful. The location was particularly appropriate since it was located about half way between two local destinations of interest to us. Noise from US 1 - 9 was NOT a problem. Will likely stay there again when we are in the area.

The Best Westerns that I stayed at the previous weekend were of similar pricing, but had MANY more amenities. I had no problem finding a decent meal either within the hotel or within walking distance at the other hotels. This one served only breakfast, and only until 10am on weekends. There were no decent restaurants within walking distance for any other meals or if you missed breakfast. They only put out very few eggs at a time, so people had to keep waiting for it to be refilled.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was terrible. It smelled of urine, the bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower making it impossible to use the bathroom sink and vanity without standing in water. It was not good using an electric device while standing in water.
The room must have been handicapp accessible which we were not informed of. We couldn't hang up our clothes because the bar was only 3 feet off the floor.
The hand held shower head was difficult to use. If one were handicapped, you wouldn't be able to reach it.
Will definitely not return or recommend this hotel.
I have to put a rating so I'm giving it one star for the staff.response / report this review -

The entire staff was helpful beyond my expectations. Front desk (especially Tina) was fantastic, and the housekeeping managers personality and perfectionist characteristics towards cleanliness was comforting to be around. Overall great place stay.

Excelent experience. Location is about a 30 minute drive (with traffic) to the St George Ferry station in Staten Island and is an easy drive there. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is fresh, and the staff is super friendly. I will come here again next time I go to NY.

The hotel is currently under a remodel but, you wouldn't know it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious and clean.

Stayed for 4 days in a double queen suite. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room was very clean. Shower pressure very nice. Breakfast was great, many selections, and a lot of seating. Pool is a bit small but still was very nice. We stayed to commute to NYC. Easy commute. Great area for dining also. Would definitely stay again.

There's a sign in front indicating the place is being renovated. My room had a gross carpet, no remote, and wasn't apparently clean. By "apparently clean," i mean that it didn't smell nice, sheets looked like they were white with yellow marbling, the towel rack in the bathroom was not full. Overall - meh. Breakfast was solid. Good for one late night stop over.

I like how there were two tv's in our room and the breakfast is pretty good. Although the pool is very small the fitness center is great. I only stayed here one night but I think it is a great place
