Beds were very comfy. Staff very polite and it was quiet. A nice stay after a long day of cancelled flights :/

Check-in was great and quick. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. The only minor issue is the heater / AC unit had a slight wine or squeal. I didn't notice until I was almost asleep so I didn't mention it. It could also have been just the wind. All in all I was very satisfied.

This hotel was decent. It is great if you have a long layover and need some sleep. Not so great is location is required for any other reason. Cleanliness is passable, hot water for showers was perfect, and breakfast in the morning was good (the staff was very nice).

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food. I booked this hotel due to being unable to get a ride to the airport on the day of my flight, so I chose to book a room here the night before. It ended up being the best thing I could have asked for. The very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient shuttles turned a stressful and hectic situation into a relaxing and pleasant one. 10/10 to the property and staff

At this time (fall 2017) the hotel is under construction/renovations. Looking forward to the changes as the non-smoking room smelled like it was smoking. New carpet and furnishings should fix that.
    Otherwise, a decent stay.

URGENT! CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!
Our credit card number was stolen in June. We immediately cancelled the credit card and had a new one issued.
This location pushed through the transaction even though the card was closed. They attempted the transaction MORE THAN 20 TIMES. Someone in their billing department forged our signature today and the transaction was allowed to process! How absurd is that! I'm not sure who did it but our credit card is launching an investigation.
Bottom line: check every credit card statement! This transaction was for $312.98 and I'm betting we're not the only ones this happened to!

Lots of construction around the hotel but nothing too crazy. Great people working there. Great breakfast . Clean rooms, but carpeting is a little old. Hiwever, I think the hotel was actually beginning to replace the carpeting in the other floors. TV gets wonky with reading because it's satellite TV but no biggie. Shower was good. Parking is easy. It's a good stay.

This hotel needs renovating. It was at the lower end of the quality scale for a Hampton Inn. The idiots having a yelling match in the 2nd floor hallway in the middle of the night did not add to the appeal. Staff was good and the shuttle service to airport and some eating places is a nice amenity. There is not a hotel store where you can buy snacks and drinks and there is nothing close to walk where you can buy something. The neighborhood around the hotel is run down and the roads are fast and busy. I would stay at the Hilton next door to the Hampton.

Pretty standard for an airport Hampton inn. Mattress seemed a bit old but wasn't entirely uncomfortable. Good water pressure. No trouble getting hot water in the morning. Friendly staff.

Great location for early morning flights! Rooms are maybe a touch worn (carpet, dresser) but were clean and comfy :)

The service is dry. The hotel itself is what's to be expected of Hampton, not super fancy but not too basic. Comfortable bed. Obviously close to the airport with convenient shuttle. Shuttle also is available for a few restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Nice amount of preprinted info at front desk. That's about it, very average.

We stayed here before an early morning flight out of EWR. Rooms were clean. We were unable to eat breakfast as we left before it began. Registration was easy and the staff was friendly. They provide shuttle service to the airport.

This was the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed. Loud noise all night from people talking , yelling and running around the hallway. No stuff attempted to control the noise. The shower head was leaking water and making tapping noise. Breakfast was extremely poor. Instead of eggs, they had something the looks egg but not egg. Instead of sausage they had something called sausage gravy which was a liquid with a little (very little)sausage bits floating in it and it tasted awful. The serving area was so small, and had 30+ people in it all morning. Lucky, we only stayed there for one night. By the way this hotel was not cheap(price wise). look elsewhere!!!!!
