The concierge at check in took a long time to acknowledge my presence even though no one else was in line. The maid service attempted to get in the room before 10 am and did not knock prior to attempting to get into the room. Despite those mishaps the stay was uneventful. The location was perfect. Check out was a breeze.

The hotel was cute and the beds were comfy, but the heat in our room didn't work for a few hours and there was no hot water. There was a typical hotel breakfast, but it was very chaotic. Don't know if it was just an atypically busy weekend or what, but it wasn't a particularly pleasant stay.

The place is very convenient for shopping at Jersey Gardens Mall and Ikea. However it is a little run-down and shabby. Breakfast is standard but good. They are renovating at the moment so there is the possibility that it will improve. All in all, it is a decent stay that is very convenient but don't expect much from the rooms.

Customer service was fine. Hotel newly renovated. But you can hear everything from your neighbors to folks down the hall. Nice amenities, but I wouldn't return. Although, it's priced cheaply and next to Ruby Tuesday's and IHOP. This is the "go to" hotel when you receive a voucher from the airport, along with a $20 voucher per person. There's a mall across the street as well.

I stayed for about a week, due work. I will be advising my company to travel it off their list of hotels. The hotel was not that clean and breakfast wasn't ever with my time instead I went to ihop or the airport where I was working. The shuttle bus suppose leave hotel on the hour and 30 min past the hour, well that never happen the front desk had to called for the shuttle every time because he was about 15 to 20 min late. The shuttle bus is suppose pick up at the airport at 15 and 45 min past the hour, well that never happen either I sat at the airport f or over an hour waiting on the shuttle bus. I actually ended catching the Embassy suites shuttle bus to get back to this hotel, due no show of thier shuttle bus.

Pretty run down, staff was friendly enough but really tried hard to con us out of our good vouchers. Beds were super hard, pillows were nice. Bedding was probably nice at one time but is in need of reeplacement.

The stay here was ok. We waited over 2.5 hrs on check-in day for our room. The breakfast was fine. Their remodeling their hotel and we had an older room and it was fair. One plus is that the Jersey Gardens Mills outlet mall is a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Was fine as a comped hotel night from the airline. Far from nice, but a functional night of rest for free. Toilet leaked, the shower time was discolored on the bottom, and the hallways were worn. However, the front desk staff was efficient and helpful, and they had free toothpaste and brushes for us (which was nice because we only had our carry on luggage.

Good: The hotel is in a good location, Jersey Gardens Mall is across the way and the view from my window was a distant NYC skyline and Port of Elizabeth. The room was clean. Everything inside the room was in working order. Competitive rates.

Bad: The staff was rather indifferent, not warm or welcoming, as is expected from someone working in the hospitality industry. The overall condition of the hotel is not great. The lobby was under construction- explains the good rate. The tub had a rusted nail? It was flush with tub floor so it wasn't sticking out and they provide a rubber mat that would in theory cover it but it was off putting none the less.

Neutral: complimentary breakfast is offered but we didn't have it. Complementary shuttle to Newark Liberty International Airport - we didn't use it.

Great location. It's definitely in need of a remodal. The front desk are great and fast. Gerrard was especially professional as well as Danielle. We were on the 7th floor. Very clean room.

I have to say that I've stayed at this location 3 times and I have been pleased each time. The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and the room was nice. I would like to give a thumbs up to the front desk staff (Jasmine in the AM and Jack in the PM) they are truly AWESOME! The front desk manager Patrick is also AWESOME! I will be staying here again.

Alright price/amenities but very poor service. After landing at the airport past 1:30AM and waiting over 50 minutes for the shuttle I'm very disappointed in the level of service. We called multiple times to find out if and when the shuttle would arrive and received very poor customer service from the help desk. If you're taking a shuttle to your hotel there are many better options in the area.

I got stuck in Newark airport overnight. United put me up here. The room was okay but not as nice or clean as a Hampton Inn or comparable. The staff was very friendly though.

We had a reservation across the street at Extended Stay- terrible room/service and came here instead. Front desk super friendly and able to get us a room same day. Very clean, great water pressure, and lots of outlets. Definitely recommend!
