Went to a work event there that was so amazing. The food was so delicious. The atmosphere there is so great. I would highly recommend this place for a banquet or social event.

Had such a great time. Came here on business and to visit family. Every staff member I came across was very nice. I could talk to them like we were old friends. The food was top notch and the libations were equally impressive. The pool was heated and open late. There are signs all over that show you what wildlife you may encounter, (and you will). From roadrunners and hawks zooming around the walkways to families of javelina quietly strolling by my patio. Reminds me of everything I love about my beautiful home state of Arizona.

Went to a dinner show there. Food and entertainment were good. Dessert was too heavy for the meal. Water refills could have been done more timely.

Wonderful mountains to view. Excellent, friendly service. Good food and live music. Little pricy but you only live once. And the music is free and very enjoyable.

From the moment we pulled in we knew we were going to love this place. We randomly found it as we were traveling on our honeymoon and thought it might be a nice place to rest. We actually ended up stating two days due to loving it so much. It's overed in beautiful gardens, very nice staff, and great amenities. Juan at the front desk made us feel welcome the minute we walked in the door. He even took time later that evening to take us on a short tour and tell us about the history of the ranch. If we are ever in the area again we will be staying here!

I visited for an event and there was adequate parking and the area was clearly marked where my event would be. The food was just a basic breakfast and it was tasty and light. I was only there for like an hour or so. But I'd definitely return!

My wonderful spouse and I enjoyed the beautiful Tucson sunset while sipping our favorite wine. The Sweet & Spicy Calamari was absolutely wonderful, with just the right amount of seasoning not to spoil the calamari flavors. The Butter Braised Scallop dish was cooked to perfection and you'll love the shrimp tacos. You can bet we'll be back soon. Great work team!

The Hacienda Del Sol in north Tucson is an historic land mark with arguably one of the best restaurants in in all of the old pueblo. The historic rooms date back to the 40s and have been graced with the likes of John Wayne, Spencer Tracy, Kathryn Hepburn and many other icons of Holliwood. The service at this resort is second to none and they've even built some new rooms that are faithfully to the period. If you want to stay at an authentic pie e of history, this will provide what is the essence of what the Old Pueblo was truly like. Highly recommended!

We came here for a large party. I haven't been since they remodeled.The food was very good and the party room was amazing. They did an awesome job! I was very impressed. What put them over the top was how cordial the catering team was, and you won't believe this, their executive chef, Bruce Yim, went in the kitchen and made a special hot chocolate for my daughter's sore throat. I will not forget about this special hidden Tucson gem. Thank you for the great experience!

Attended a dinner at the grill with colleagues on a Thursday evening. Approximately 8 or so people showed that had not RSVP'd overflowing our reserved room and resulting in a standing-room-only situation. The restaurant staff were gracious and efficient in quickly setting up a larger room that could accommodate all everyone comfortably. Dinner was delayed due to the unexpected circumstance, but there was no associated decrease in quality of our meal. Everything served tasted fresh and amazing! Each course was served simultaneously to every person at the table eliminating awkward waits, watching your food grow cold until your companion' s meal arrives. With such a chaotic start to our event, the staff somehow ensured the rest of the evening flowed seamlessly and felt relaxed. I will most definitely be back!

Interesting historic buildings, but ridiculously bad room. It literally stunk like old piss and dust. The rug looked dirty and bald. The bathroom was tiny and there was no place to lay out even basic toiletry. Air conditioning was either blowing an arctic hurricane or nothing. Even the bed had a musty smell. Maybe the newer rooms are better, I don't know. At least make sure you don't stay in a "historic" room.

Hacienda Del Sol is amazing. It is the single most charming resort my husband and I have ever been too! The grounds are spectacular and the service equals it. We have visited before the renovations and after they did an amazing job on the expansion and the new and old rooms are all charming and well done / cozy/ clean / unique.
The restaurant food is ok but we do love the music. We actually found a few off site restaurants we like better. Try "North" up the road!
Employees we encountered were very friendly and polite only one complaint I have is the one hostess that checked us in one day for happy hour was very unfriendly, abrupt and seem annoyed with us? Which is odd since we came in happy just arriving and asked how the weather has been??response / report this review -

Just beautiful! A ton to do in the area but a relaxing tranquil property if you would prefer that instead. Stayed in the Catalina Suite - breathtaking mountain views in the morning. Room was so clean, bed comfy, tons of space (separate bedroom for us while our kids had the other room!). Breakfast was phenomenal. My first visit to Arizona and thought the prices here were so reasonable - I wasn't too sure if it would be what I expected. Instead we were blown away and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
