Been "Sno-birding" here for 8 yrs. 5 in an RV and 3 in a park model. The park is immaculate and more activities than you can imagine. Super friendly staff. Wouldn't wanna spend the winters anywhere else.

Nice, clean resort. Wish it had a restaurant / bar.

Kind of clique. The people have their little groups and they aren't very welcoming. Office staff is great.

Doesn't "open" until October 15th, but seems like a nice place. Nice RVers here.

Spectacular park that is clean, well kept and well managed. Great proximity to shopping, local area attractions and The Loop. Would highly recommend this park.

Arriving in April gave us pretty much the choice of spots to stay as the majority of the winter travellers had headed home. We selected a spot giving us a gap between the few remaining guests and ourselves, this also gave us a false impression of what the park might be like in the winter months as we had room to spread out. Regardless, the spots seemed generous. The pull in is gravel and there is a cement pad patio to the side which provides an excellent place for setting up your outdoor furniture. Parking for a towed vehicle is beside your unit which makes it super convenient. The facilities are spotless and well cared for, as are the permanent homes that grace the first part of the park as you pull through to the office. The swimming pool is large and the temperature was very comfortable for swimming. Of course the mid to high 90 temperatures we were experiencing made the pool even more appealing. The hookups are located in a convenient spot, the only issue we had was the opening was small so we had to do some improvising to get our nozzle to fit. Water quality was excellent and there were no noted fluctuations in the power supply. The proximity to the walking/bike path (The Loop) is excellent. Get a key for a small refundable deposit when you check-in so you can use the back gate which gives you easy access to The Loop. There is an excellent coffee shop within an easy bike ride. We will definitely return for another stay. We understand you need to book early for the winter months. We camped at Rincon Country West RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

We have spent several winters at RCW. Have made many good friends. There activities for virtually all interests, the park is very well laid out and well maintained. The only reason we won't be back next winter is that we like Southern Arizona so well that we bought a house there.

We have stayed here in our RV for the last 4 winters. This is a beautiful resort with excellent facilities and friendly RVers from all over the US and Canada. We love the professional entertainment and there are many activities and clubs. Tucson is a beautiful place to spend the winter, we love hiking in the desert with the Rincon Desert Explorers and biking the over 100 miles of Tucson paved bike trails The park is close to the movie theater and shopping and many sites including National and State parks, caverns, museums, observatory, etc.
