Amazing staff! If it was for the staff alone, I would live here again. They did bump up there price and didn't have the floor plans we were looking for with our growing family. The only downside was the apartments were always angled in a way that the interior never got any natural lighting. So, if you're into having a darker apartment, this place is for you. But, I and my wife really like having a lot of natural lighting.

staff was very rude, would not help me with noise complaints of loud neighbors above us. complex mgrs tried to enforce rules that were not in the lease, they wanted 1/2 of the money i owed for breaking my lease when i turned in my letter of intent to move out .upon moving out they cleaned the carpet and charged me 250(done by there maintenance crew not professionals cleaners), and then said that wasn't
good enough and replaced the carpet and wanted to charge me an additional 600 dollars . so be care full with these shysters thy try and charge u 4 every little cost they can.

New management sucks was a great place to live last 3 years. Due to the bad management and overcharging I gave notice and moving out to something better. Apartment maintenance seems to be on top of everything and the office part has change quit a bit.

Clean and beautiful community. Great place to live. The staff in the leasing office are nice and helpful. They are always quick to address any issues. The neighborhoods are friendly. Five stars.

Every one is so helpful here. Management team is very supportive. Maintenance team is a gem. Always saying hello and waving to us along the way as they're passing by on their mobile carts. This place is great. The amenity are awesome. Their parties are the best! Door prizes are great items items too at their parties. Enjoy being here with great friendly and helpful neighbors too. Sunset view is amazing when the sky shares it's beauty with us :-)

I lived there for a year and I absolutely loved the property. It is very clean, spacious and the complex is beautiful. The price was also great considering the complex looked brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I regret not renewing my lease for another year. After I left I received most of my deposit back. So overall I had a great experience!

We chose Crest Manor Apartments because of everything they had to offer. It was a great price, great location and the staff was awesome, especially Diane! She was so accommodating to all of our initial needs/questions/concerns. She was able to answer everything professionally and took the time to make sure we were fully comfortable in making this decision. There aren't many added costs when living at Crest Manor, because it's either complimentary or already added into your rent, like valet trash!! How awesome is that?!

This was my first apartment and I wanted something that would make me feel safe and secure in my new home. The gated community is an absolute plus, along with the many lighted pathways. We have a pup so it's great at night time that you're still able to see everything. Something that bothered us at first was the amount of dog poop that was not picked up, but literally within weeks of moving in Crest Manor offered up a new program called PooPrints. It was required but complimentary for your dog to get the DNA test so that if you do not pick up after your pet you will be fined. That has helped the problem tremendously.

We can sometimes hear our neighbors on either side of us, but it's nothing that isn't normal. The dog barking can get a little annoying sometimes. We haven't really experienced anything negative with Crest Manor. They have been super accommodating since we moved in and we have already discussed resigning!

I really like living here. Apartments are super clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I suggest asking for Diane in the offices she will go above and beyond to meet your needs. One thing I really like is the trash pick up. They provide bins outside your door and all I do is stick my trash there and it's taken care of.

This place is amazing! I just moved in last week and I love it here. There's a lot of things that my last apartment complex was charging for that is free here- like the valet from you door trash pick up. There's no monthly pet rent- just a deposit that you can get a chunk back on. They even do the DNA testing of your dog for free- which is great because it forces people to pick up their dogs poop. I can't tell you how angry I was one day at my last complex when I stepped in poop and I was already late for work.
The maintenance staff are quick too! I had a leak under the sink and they fixed it that day. The leasing staff are just simply awesome-when I walked into the lobby I said "no way I can afford this place" it was so nice in there. With the move in special it was actually cheaper than my last apartment. Shayna was so friendly- she took me around to see all the cool amenities of the complex and helped me pick out the perfect spot. Rachael was nice enough to let me drop by and check out my apartment before I moved in. Even though I dropped in her she took the time to answer all of my questions.
Moving in was the right call. It's quiet here and I feel a lot safer for sure. This place is clean too! Roomy floor plans. Huge garden tub. Kitchen counter area for my bar stools. Lots of open parking spots, even in the evening when everyone is home. Walk in closet and tons of storage (even on the patio) surprising for a 1 bedroom apartment. I like that there's not a lot of foot traffic around the complex from the outside so there's no random people trying to walk onto the property or litter your door with ads.
I wanted to move in before I did a review and if you're considering moving here- do it! I wish I could post pictures. Check out yelp- I'll post it there.

I stayed here for almost 2 years. Moved out recently due to job change. Great location and very good apartments. Kitchen storage is less hence not giving a perfect 5. Maintenance staff is very prompt and good-natured. Office staff is also good. Plus there are 4 or 5 people in the office on a given day so there is always someone available. Many community activities, offers are added perks. Rent might sound high but this being so close to Flower mound and in general a very good location it is worth it. I had to complain on few occasions about dog poop almost near my patio or on the walkways nearby (staff cleaned it). So the DNA testing pets that they started few months back is good and necessary because every individual who has a pet might claim "I picked" but many don't.
