Very pleased. Nice comfortable bed, got some of the best sleep in a long time. The breakfast was okay. They had the same thing everyday basically, bacon, sausage, eggs, a couple times of cereal among other things.

For the most part staff were friendly. The property was clean and well taken care of. The fitness center was not good. No weights or stack machine. If all you want is cardio they have that for you. At least add a couple dumb bells.

But overall the experience was fine. Not far from the airport and there are a couple restaurants near by.

Very comfortable room. Unable to get a 5 o'clock shuttle to airport because it was full. Had to go to airport at 4 o'clock for a 6:30 boarding. They need better arrangements.

Clean, spacious, and great beds! Quiet, even though your near the airport. Easy access to DFW, Dallas, Irving, Grapevine and Ft.Worth. Reasonable price, and worth it. We will definitely be staying there again!

Didn't expect much, didn't get much. Facilities were fine for what I paid. Breakfast was hit or miss. Pastries were really poor quality, the eggs.. Honestly, I'm not even sure those are eggs. The cereal was good and my friend liked the waffles.

Stay was comfortable, and offers 11-seater shuttles to the airport every hour. Would've been nice if it was more frequent. Front desk was amazing enough to give us a call in the morning to tell us there were free spaces on the shuttle.

Great hotel for the price. Fantastic staff! This is a REAL one bedroom suite. The walk out balcony is a bonus +++ Rooms are a little worn but heard updates are in progress. All in all an awesome room.

Great hotel! After going inside I was amazed it was up to date. Really good customer service. Vary clean rooms and the breakfast buffet was delicious! I would change the color of the building(outside) and upgrade the landscaping company👍

I stayed at this location in October 2016 and had great opinions about it. I decided to make another visit to the area and based on my prior experience, I chose to enjoy the same place. To my unpleasant surprise, it was a terrible experience. There was the same food trash left in the stairwell the two nights of my stay. The mattress on the sofa bed was soiled with a large yellow spot. Housekeeping removed my sheets for the sofa bed and I had to make another trip to the front desk to get replacements. The king bed had a very worn mattress that sunk in the center. The carpet was sticky and obviously filthy causing the sticky condition. There was a live roach walking on the pillows on the sofa bed on the second evening that I had to dispose of. I was awaken by another roach crawling on my arm in bed the same night. Coffee was not replaced so I had to settle for decaf the second morning. Breakfast was poorly replenished as items were exhausted. The only good thing I can say is the front desk staff was very pleasant.

The hotel appearance is very clean. Room was better than I expected. Bedding was nice. Bathroom was spacious. Staff was friendly. The pool is small and oddly shaped, but well-maintained. The cable is a little wonky. Peaceful and affordable stay though.

We stayed here the night before our flight from DFW. Normally we, including my parents who booked a separate room, would have just driven in the same day but our flight was at 7am so wanted to be closer to the airport and it is right next to the Parking Spot airport parking. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and got us checked in pretty quickly. Our rooms were VERY nice. They were modern looking suites and very clean. And when we went over to my parents room(same as ours) we had plenty of space to sit around, eat dinner and talk. Only issue we had was that our room would not cool to a level I like sleeping at. Mind you I like it cooler when I sleep. I adjusted the thermostat to cool but it would only kick in occasionally. It was pretty humid that day so I wonder if the system was having issues trying to cool off. And I know it was just our room as my parents room was able to cool to a lower level. That being said since we spent most of the night in my parents room and with us getting up real early I didn't tell the hotel about the issue until when we checked out the next morning. Either way, the hotel was very nice and if it weren't for the AC issue I would have rated this 5 stars.

Stayed here one night early March 2017. Room was good. Hotel is fairly quiet; from about 10pm until we went to sleep at midnight, I didn't hear any airport noise. Bed was comfy. The pillows were a bit rotund for my preference but my wife didn't mind them. We both got a good night's sleep. Prefect for being close to DFW. 6 minute drive from the terminals. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was good but note that I didn't see any non dairy (soy, almond, etc) milk options. I didn't ask if they have another option available. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was somewhat helpful, definitely could have been friendlier when asked to fix my room key that they had just handed me. I get to my room after hauling all my luggage up and the key doesn't work. Go downstairs, wait in line again and he just says "Here you go". Next day after being in a training session all day I come back and my key does not work again! This time the front desk staff briefly apologized.

Free breakfast was nice, but the scrambled eggs were of the instant type and the bacon was microwaved. Nice selection of pastries and bagels though.

I had a flight got delayed and missed my connecting flight. AA put me in this hotel. I was surprised how big it was. They put me in a room with two beds. I don't know why. But, it had a den with a desk and sitting area. TV mounted on the wall. You walk in and it's a vanity sink to your right. Nice marble counter tops too. To your left is the bathroom. Very spacious with a good pressure water head. The beds were like heaven. I like the dark wood look they had in there. I'd definitely come back here if I were to visit.

We had our flight cancelled and the airline comped us a hotel stay. We thought we would be treated like we were at the airline but the hotel was so nice and understanding. The front desk employee knew a cab driver who took a card since we didn't have cash, he accommodated everything that we needed. Even a freezer for a ice pack for my girlfriends breast milk. They were wonderful!

It looks nice and may be, however I did not enjoy my stay here. The outside temp was in the high 30s and the room never warmed up past 68. The front desk never sent anyone. In the morning the room was 65* despite being set well over 70. Then I was woken up at 5 am because kids were running back and forth in the room right above ours. It still repeated after calling the front desk. It looks nice but as I mentioned I was happy with the service.
