Company booked 5 rooms at this location.
First night we had one company truck broke into and had tools stoled. Also found out that a F250 truck was stole out of the parking lot a few days earlier.
Housekeeping did not clean the room. Had to call front desk and ask for room to be cleaned and still did not get the room cleaned. ( twice).
Get a handle on security and housekeeping this might be a better place to stay.response / report this review -

Rooms are nice. Staff could be friendlier. Centrally located which is a plus. Wife requested a King over a month ago but front desk did not accomodate us.

Great location right off I-75 with lots of nearby restaurants. Rooms are large with fridge and seem to be recently updated. Staff was friendly.

Very nice Hotel, quiet rooms, very friendly staff! Day 13 if a month long trip! Comfortable beds, couch, desk with comfortable chair! Fluffy towels replenished when asked for! Nice little bistro across from front desk, Had very good food in minutes! Asked favorite place to stay on our trip, I would have to rate this tops!ThankYou for a Great a stay!

While our room was fine, my husband and I were amazed by the lack of beer and wine selections at the bistro! For a hotel boasting 90 rooms, you would think they would be appropriately stocked, yet we saw 7 kinds of beer and 5 kinds of wine and that was it! Even worse, the limited selection was SPARSELY stocked, our server Ted was super apologetic and seemed to be quite embarrassed by the choices that he had to offer. There was a guest in the bistro with us, he said that he stays there often due to business travel and that the selection is always this awful.
We have family in the Tampa area and enjoy staying in Brandon because it is close to everything. When we return, in January, we will not be staying here. If they cannot keep their restaurant stocked, imagine what other corners they are cutting! Absolutely ridiculous!response / report this review -

$66/ night was too much. My dorm room was nicer back in 1989, ironically, that was the same year the a place was built. Rooms are outdated and smelly, unlike the modern check-In area that misrepresents the rest of the property. I’m beginning to lose faith in Marriott and their poorly monitored independent locations. Staff was very nice.

Good hotel for a nice mini vacation. Check in was quick and easy. Got an upgrade and had a nice king bed in a larger room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was clean. Shower was good. There were insects in my room, but didn't bother me. Lobby is typical Courtyard brand with the bistro. Exercise room is adaquate with bike, treadmill, stair master, and weights. Bike machine seemed broken though. Pool is indoors. Service is friendly. Overall, good for an overnight stay or 2.

The location is great and has tons of stuff to do near the hotel, the rooms are very confortable and have a home type of feel. The staff is amzingly nice, very patient and understanding.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk person and super clean everywhere! Nice little restaurant in the lobby. We did not eat there, but it looked great and the menu had a lot of variety. Our room was really pretty. Clean and simple. Housekeeping does a wonderful job, as our room was spotless! Comfy, fluffy beds and plenty of pillows made for a good night's sleep. I wish the double beds were double queens and I wish there was a little more water pressure, but overall it was a great stay. We would definitely book a room there anytime!!!

Booked a room for the night online, checked in on there app a day before, the room was ready when I got there and they already had my key waiting. The room was very clean and well put together, the TV was a bit old and there was no microwave. Bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. Check out was hassle free. The whole experience was seamless .
