Bed's are hard and two of us in the room and my wife asked the house cleaner please leave extra coffee and when we got up there was one cup for two of us and two single serving of coffee

I’m rating this one star due to the lack of customer service presented by this establishment. This morning I walked down to breakfast at 9am. I was so rudely greeted by the hotel worker cleaning up all the breakfast choices. I did not know that breakfast closed at 9am (extremely early if you ask me). I went to grab an apple and som coffee before I left. Instead of politely informing me that breakfast had ended, I received “it is 9:01, breakfast has ended,” as she grabbed the fruit from me. I then tried to get some juice just so I had something. This lady stopped what she was doing to step in front of me and the juice machine to proceed to tell me that the juice machine has already been cleaned and is turned off. So I guess 9am is too late for a breakfast after a holiday. On top of my experience this morning, my cable in my room is so static that it’s unwatchable. I called the front desk to ask about a possible cable issue. I was told that everything was fine. No one came up to my room, no other calls, no help at all. Seems like a common theme with this hotel. Stay away!

The rooms had a cigarette smell which induced coughing to one of my family members. One room had discarded items such as Q-tips under the beds. Lamps had spider webs on it. The air conditioning unit was exceedingly loud making it difficult to sleep. The carpet including the bathroom was dirty from the start and the next 2 days after housekeeping. Staff never greeted guests coming in including the staff covering the breakfast area making it seem as if the guests were doing them the favor of giving business. The computer, which was advertised as being available, was not working making it impossible to print anything.
I figured the low prices would have some compromises, but this took it to a whole new level with such low standards. We had two rooms and they were both equally unpleasant.response / report this review -

Very good for the price. Remember.. you get that you paid.. Desk worker are very professional, sweet and trying to help guess all the time. Coffee, fruits, cereal 24 hrs. Very good place for the price..

Spent 6 nights at this hotel. Room across from me had a dog that sounded like it was being tortured 4 out of the 6 mornings we were there (NOTE: see YouTube video "La Quinta hotel dog nuisance Brandon, FL 2017" for a video on what I had to deal with). Complained 3 times but did absolutely no good. Instructed I could change rooms if I wanted. I guess annoying ass dogs barking and crying have rights over humans at this place. Do not recommend. Laundry room also out of service. Instructed to go to the nearest 24 hr laundromat.

the room was fairly clean, staff friendly but there were holes in the sheets from what looked like cigarette burns. the comforter had been sprayed with some kind of freshener that after a while became overwhelming. the AC was good and cold. The best part of the stay was the breakfast the next morning. I was able to make my own waffles and have OJ and coffee. However most of the fruit was mushy and rotten especially the apples. I won't stay here again but if you are ok with odors and holey sheetsgo for it.

Rooms were great! It was clean and a great comfort to live in. However, the breakfast area was a bit tight and with rude people. Other wise great! Watched StarWars on one day, made it greater!

I heard so much from La Quinta Inn. I'm so disappointed on how my day went. I was told of really good customer service and how rooms were all really nice. The room was really nice when I came in except for the fact that when I went to take a shower I found someone else's hair in the shower that I had yet to use. What frustrated me most of all was when they asked if I would like room service to tidy my room while I'm away only to return to my room with nothing done. The room was not only left untouched but there was now random restaurant menus on the floor for advertisement. It looked like they slid them from under the door. I had no clean towels, no fixed bed, & no customer service. What I did like however was the night sleep and 1st impression. The king size bed was extremely comfy, clean, and the tv had a default option of quiet noise and sleep imagery to enhance rest.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Offer breakfast in the morning. Great location, good rates. Rooms are well equipped, and spacious enough :)

This was a good place to stay overnight. It was clean and the people were nice. There was no refrigerator or microwave, so I wouldn't want to stay there for more than a night or two. But it suited my needs well for one night.

Huge room with king size bed. Also had a couch and a recliner. Our dog loved it there also. Service was friendly. The breakfast is minimal but guess what? The hotel is beside a Bob Evans. Great breakfast!
