I was greeted well and got upgraded due to lack of rooms available for what I requested. Ended up in a beautiful suite that was super comfortable. I got in late and didn't want to go out to dinner, and fortunately they had a good selection of frozen meals to purchase in their vending area. Breakfast was included with my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by waffles, eggs and sausage, oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit.

Location is easily accessible. Nice outside area for sitting and another area for using the pool. Receptionist, Rose, at the front desk is super sweet. The rooms are nice and clean, the suite I stayed in has a small kitchen and living room area and a door to the bedroom sleeping area. Complimentary breakfast and nice dining area. Also has a nice gym as well but the phone in the room doesn't work.

Me and my wife just stayed at the Homewood suites in Brandon Florida during hurricane Irma. The staff was awesome. They made sure we that we were comfortable and safe . Good job guys. Thank you for all you did for me and my family

We like to stay here whenever we come to Tampa, because the staff are so nice, and the rooms are great! Really big, with a sitting room and kitchenette, and the beds are comfy! Love staying here!

This is a nice place. The service was great. We really loved the fact that they had bags for when we walked our beloved canine, Snoopy. The ice machine had plenty of really cold ice. The elevators were lit up with bright lights. We would definitely visit again.

Quite, clean and friendly staff.. what else do you need? Maybe little better breakfast. It's good but same as Hampton inn good I don't know why but I was hoping for better. Either way we lived it here and definitely will return soon.

Great rooms and staff, all staff is friendly and very helpful. Love this place. Close to restaurants, the university and shands hospital.

Stayed here for a few nights when our house flooded. Prices were good. Rooms were clean. Veronica at the desk is great help. Bed is a bit springy for our taste but comfy. Shower head could lose the restrictor for better flow/pressure, but we'll enough. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Great location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Hotel is a bit outdated, but most clients are here for work, not pleasure so this fits the bill.

We stayed 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suites. The rooms were clean and very modern. A cooktop, refrigerator and microwave were in each room. A king size bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa. The hot breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. I had an issue with check-in because I booked through Expedia, but management honored all the rates and the issue was resolved. Great location! Shopping Mall and restaurants right down the street!

Rooms were very clean and the staff is super accommodating! The morning breakfast has a nice variety and is filling. There was also a happy hour with food and wine which is unexpected and very nice. There is a pool and basketball court, pool is a little noisy because it is next to the highway but you cannot hear highway from inside hotel. Dog friendly, convenient location, will definitely stay here again.
