I have no complaints with this hotel at all. Room was clean, rate was very reasonable considering what was included with the room. Best complimentary breakfast (buffet) I've ever seen! Made to order omelets or waffles, hot bar, fresh cut fruit, juices, and pastries! More than some restaurants. And there was also a complimentary happy hour which included mixed drinks each day! With snacks! I could've just stayed at the hotel most days. This was a great hotel with great amenities at a reasonable price. I've never reviewed a hotel before but thought I needed to for this one!

Hotel is easy to get to, although butted up against a major thoroughfare, so expect light and traffic through your windows if you are on the back side of the hotel. Amenities are great, full breakfast included. Watched basketball at the restaurant later in the evening and the food at least looked good as others ordered. Room was great, spacious, and clean. Would choose this place again next time I'm in town for business

Large meeting rooms, two room suites, and inviting common areas are only the start for having a professional stay. The full hot breakfast buffet starts your networking out right along with a cup of coffee. The staff was friendly helpful and attentive. With Top Golf, Dave and Busters, and other local places of interest, this is the perfect place for professionals to stay and play

Awesome breakfast with chef making omelettes and fresh Belgium waffles. Very clean and modern hotel in the heart of Brandon and close to I-75. Room was clean except when I pulled back the cover on the bed, I found a clear plastic glove. Staff was very nice. Overall, a great stay.

Nice hotel, comfortable, and no customer service issues. Room was very clean, smell free, and no stains or mold. I was here on business setup by my company and I thought the location kinda stunk by that's just me. Shower lacked as it was leaky and would never get hot enough the week I was there. Overall I would stay again on my own dime if ever need a place in the area.

absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is the best, the happy hour and room service is the best I've ever experienced. The only thing they could do better is invest in some better beds. on our last day at this hotel we purchased Busch Garden tickets this proved to be an excellent choice with cost savings well over $150.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon on two different occasions now for business and both experiences have been great! For my most recent stay, my room was well kept and clean and the complimentary evening reception was fantastic and had quality drinks and snacks. During the first night of my stay, I contracted guest services/front desk to inquire about anybaccomodations they offer to breastfeeding moms that are traveling. I was immediately offered the option to either refrigerate or freeze my milk via the kitchen. This gave me such peace of mind and provided a relief because I had been stressing over how I would keep my pumped milk at a safe temperature during storage and shipment so it would still be safe for my daughter to drink. It may not seem like anything over the top to some, but accommodations like this that ultimately help me along my breastfeeding journey and brings me closer to reaching my goal are a game changer in my outlook and the outcome of my successes.

First time back since it was renovated. It's nicely done. The room was clean and the layout is great for me, the hubs, and 3 kids. The breakfast was actually really good. All the food was fresh; didn't seem to be sitting for long. There is an omelet bar but the line was long and I didn't feel like waiting so I guess it must be good. The wait staff was very attentive; clearing plates quickly. I always book here when in town and I've never been disappointed.

Amazing hotel, the rooms are clean spacious and the staff is friendly and a very helpful attitude. Breakfast was delicious and there was no rush to close the restaurant after breakfast schedule ended. I would stay there Everytime I can.

Lobby and common areas redone nicely. Guest rooms semi-redone with some new features and some old , dated Embassy Suites furniture. View of dumpster and road and dirty pillow cases ( makeup on them) . They did offer rewards points at checkout when I mentioned the pillow case issue. Breakfast in am was very nice.

We arrived super early (around 10 am) expecting to just drop off luggage, but the staff at the hotel were able to get us into our room hours before we intended. Everything has been wonderful here. I would definitely come back!

As a Hilton team member from a different location, I always have high standards for all Hilton brands. I walked in to check in and was immediately greeted by Michelle at the front desk. She was incredible. So polite, helpful, genuine, and a true example of great hospitality. Although there was a problem with my room due to booking through a third party website, she went out of her way to show that she cared and that my needs were met. First impressions weigh a lot and Michelle provided an outstanding one. The hotel is beautiful and my stay was a great experience.
