Nice rooms and friendly staff. The gym for the size of the hotel was really small. Only one restaurant that's not open for lunch. Wish there was an option for lunch since I was there for a business meeting.

Considering it's got the Marriott name I'm not very impressed. I've stayeded at other Marriot Courtyard hotels and they were fabulous. This one is just an average hotel. Rooms are adequate but the walls are super thin. I could literally hear the person in the next room over talking on their cellphone. This place is near the small airport but the jets are loud especially very early in the morning. I will not be staying there on my next visit to Carlsbad.

Serviceable room and great staff. Bathroom smelled like mildew so we were moved to another room. Second room also smelled but not as bad.

YOU GUYS ROCK. this place is amazing, the hotel staff (Jonathan and Cynthia) have been BEYOND HELPFUL. I would give anything to have such friendly and courteous service everywhere i go. These two always greet me with a smile and are extremely polite. They both went out of there way to make sure I had everything i needed and went ABOVE AND BEYOND everytime. People like this are what keep me coming back. Not to mention the amazing room service staff keeping this place sparking while i spend my entire week here. Thank you Jonathan, Cynthia, and the rest of the amazing staff that makes this place so great.

Excellent as always. Rooms are clean, the towels fresh, and the sheets crisp. Lobby was an excellent place to unwind and watch the game.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. However, there was a bunch of raccoons fighting the main lobby when we went to check in, and we were told there was free breakfast in the morning but there was a cafe you bought food instead.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a room close to the door and it was fairly loud. We asked to be moved and they were happy to change our rooms. Rooms are clean and atmosphere is pretty calm and quite but they also have things to do within the property. I will be back.

I've stayed here several times on business over the years. It is convenient for our office and offers a good mix of facilities. Pool, small gym, bar / snack area, vending etc. The pool is big enough to properly swim and provides a nice view for the rooms on that side. The rooms have always been clean and everything works. There is usually plenty of parking but sometimes you may have to walk a short way, especially on weekends, when there are more tourists and families here for Legoland etc.

We were in the area to visit LEGOland, and could not have asked for a more suitable and comfortable hotel within minutes of the park. The free shuttle to and from the park was also super convenient. Staff, amenities and comfort was all you expect from a Courtyard by Marriott.

Our experience here was nothing but great. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. There is a beautiful and relaxing courtyard with a couple of fireplaces right next to the swimming pool. There is a bistro that also serves Starbucks coffee and few cocktails. The staff I encountered was been nice and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
