Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very homey and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the beach. I loved it here.

So beautiful and relaxing! Free Monday welcome breakfast and lots of activities. Walk to the beach across the street! Loved it!

The rooms are clean and nice recently remodeled. The location is very close to the ocean you take a walk on every visit. There are Pools and jacuzzis. There is miniature golf and kids play yards.

Amazing experience. We have a timeshare here. A stones throw to the beach, ocean views, friendly staff. Had a blast, will obviously be back next year!

Staff is nice but whoever thought up that remodel they just diid, needs to go back to the drawing board. Looks nice on first pass, but the rooms we're not thought out. Very sloppy workmanship whoever was the contractor. I have been going there for years almost 20 now as a guest of my in-laws and the level of service provided has really gone down. But I don't blame that on the people there just on what seems to be a policy of penny-wise and pound-foolish

Day guest visiting friends with a 2 yr old and infant. The oceam view from the grounds is decent, and very nice from the 3rd floor. The pool area is small but features a small splash pad. Also a small sand area with climbing structure and small mini-golf setup. Equipment showed some signs of age. Back side of property faced train tracks with regular traffic. 3rd floor 1 bedroom suites feature vaulted ceilings, and full kitchen with stove and range. Large single bathroom and small private room. Living space shared with kitchen, and small balcony. Service seemed so-so.

The website stated that construction would be complete by March so I decided to book our stay based on the beautiful pictures that I saw online. However, construction is still going on and the debris is everywhere which ruined my vision of a nice resort. They also don't have a kids club, which there website states that they have. They do have 30 min to 1 hour activities for kids but that's not a kids club. Inside the condo itself was nice but I ended up with a full size bed, instead of a king bed, the water in the kitchen had a HORRIBLE smell, and Amtrak runs every 30-40 minutes all night long which interrupted our sleep. I couldn't change rooms because they were full and no real accommodations could be made for us. I'm sure the property will be beautiful once the renovations are complete but we did not enjoy our stay

We have enjoyed our stay at Carlsbad Seapointe! Everyone is helpful, and work to insure a great time! There are lots of activities for everyone..young and old! The rooms are beautiful and have views of the ocean. There are lots of things to do close by. Right now the flowers are all abloom at the Flower Fields. There are great restaurants close by to enjoy!

Haven't even stayed there yet (but we will!) and I'm already impressed. Our family vacation was delayed due to an unexpected illness and the Seapointe Resort was willing to work with us to get a refund with no questions asked. Excellent customer service! Can't wait to actually stay at this well-review resort.

We had a lovely vacation stay here even though it was January. Although it rained, we were escaping the Midwest winter so it was still quite pleasant to us.
It was quite disappointing on our last day, they had to inform us they had shut off our hot water while we were out for maintenance and couldn't relight it! Maybe the work should be done while someone isn't in the room next time.response / report this review -

Great service from check-in to check out. Room was well-appointed and very comfortable. Great place for a family get-together or vacation. The kitchen had everything you could need. Great location, close to a variety of activities in the San Diego area.
