I'm a big Marriott Sand and this is a great opportunity to stay conveniently in the raleigh-cary Holly Springs area and reap your Marriott Rewards while not paying a fortune. Rooms are nice and tidy the staff is very helpful and friendly the grounds are fine. I have no reservations in recommending this property and find it to be a bit of a cost performer relative to some of the other Marriott family options in the area. The one thing I never have understood is Courtyard kind of in the middle between the lower-priced options that provide food and the higher price options that provide food and Courtyard which seems to cater more towards business people where they're more likely to ask you to buy food. Be sure to be a Marriott Rewards member and get your internet for free.

I stayed here overnight plus had a meeting here with 20 some people this is a great property they went beyond my expectations and Chris did a great job

UPDATE 12/7/2017
I came back for another meeting at the same property once again at a large class of 20 people in the property did an excellent job of setting up the room. The food was perfect as usual and the staff was very friendly.

There is a wall of spiders that you have to past through just to get into the side entrance also there are dead insects and spider webs all over the card scanner and the BREAKFAST IS NOT EVEN FREE. Yes you have to pay for breakfast lol. Never staying here again don't come here. 17 dollars for breakfast what a joke. I would recommend the residence inn which is in the area as well. O and I purchased a king size bed room off the website and when I get there they try to stick me in a double queen. SUCKS!!!! This hotel doesn't even have an ATM. All the other hotels in this area are so much better then this one avoid at all cost. I come to Cary all the time and stayed at all the hotels in this area this courtyard is the worst by far which is sad because it's the "Marriott" right. Couldn't even put microwaves in rooms SMH

Clean hotel, laid out like any other Courtyard branch. Staff was friendly and kind. We used this hotel for our wedding guests this September (September 2017). Prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels we looked at.

My stay was for business in Apex, and I favor Marriott properties so this hotel was the best choice for me. I always know what to expect from a Courtyard, and this one delivers. The room was clean and comfortable, the water was hot, the climate control worked without excessive noise, and the wireless internet service was fast and reliable. My interactions with the staff were pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We can here after our wedding to stay the night and everyone was very helpful and grateful to have us. Several of our wedding guests also stated at the hotel and had no complaints. They also accommodated a shuttle to or venue to aid in travel to our ceremony and reception. We didn't eat they so I can't comment on the quality of food.

Everyone that worked there that I interacted with was extremely nice and professional, the rooms were neat and clean before we got there. Although we didn't test the pool, it looked clean and well maintained. The location seemed good, not far from the airport and easy access to major highways. There were even a few decent restaurant choices nearby. My only knock was that everything felt a bit overpriced

I stayed at Courtyard for a business trip, staff was really nice. Room was clean and welcoming. Really enjoyed it but I wish they would provide breakfast like many other (even cheaper ones ) hotels

Very clean rooms on the second floor. We visited for a wedding and was very pleased with both the service and flexibility with booking for an extra night.

5/2/17 Edit : I thought I would edit my review since this hotel went above and beyond in the way of customer satisfaction!

The night after we checked out, I realized I forgot my pillow. We called the hotel, probably around midnight and explained everything. We offered to pay to have it shipped back to us but was told that wasn't necessary and they would have it shipped free of charge in the morning. And wouldn't you know, it showed up this morning on my doorstep! I will be a Courtyard by Marriott customer for life! Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location and comfy clean rooms. Outdoor pool is small and warm from the sun but not overly chlorinated. Staff is friendly and helpful- error was make on our check which was corrected immediately.
