Room was clean, beds we're comfortable but so small why they use full beds instead of queen I don't know They also didn't have a full length mirror which was annoying. More irritating was the fact that there was no ice on any floors the lady had to go to the kitchen to get some for me and the vending machines had no soda so I bought one at the front desk and it was expired I definitely stayed on an off night for the hotel I guess

Not awful, but not great. The beds were like rocks. The shower didn't get very hot but the hot tub would almost give you blisters. Location is the reason we stay there when taking our child to see her doctor.

Close to the airport and easy to get to via the free shuttle (call the hotel for pickup). Friendly staff, especially the van drivers. Room was generally clean, though we had a stained towel in the bathroom. Slept in late, so didn't get the free breakfast or have time to use the gym.

Clean rooms and friendly, personable staff. In-laws frequent this establishment at least 2-3 time a year. Central location to Brier Creek, Durham, and downtown Raleigh.

Conveniently located to the airport and local shops. The place was well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The building amenities were great and there's a shuttle to the airport, but the Wi-Fi connection was absolutely terrible. The climate control in the rooms also did not work. It was either 60 degrees or 80. You couldn't really get anything in between.

Clean, modern, inexpensive, and convenient place to stay for the Research Triangle Park and Raleigh areas. Good hot breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea all day. No-hassle Wi-Fi everywhere. Very small pool but adequate exercise room. 5 minutes by car from Brier Creek shopping and many restaurants.

Offered parking near airport for 30 days. Room had everything we needed and staff sought to keep us happy. Everything was in good condition and well maintained. Breakfast was great!

2 Fairfield Suites at RDU airport, I called the wrong one. While trying to sort it out, the MGR at the Research Traingle hotel offer to have his shuttle transport me to the other property. Saving me 1 hour of back and fourth time, after a ling work day. So kudos to the staff at the Fairfield Suites RDU Airport/Triangle Research property.

Not only was the room incredible, and the staff very helpful, but this was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had anywhere! I stayed for 2 weeks, and every day it just got better! Also got to meet and get to know alot of friendly staff. I would visit Raleigh again just for this hotel and experience!

Location is great! Minutes drive from plenty of shops, food, and drink. Within a very reasonable distance to the airport as well. The room is smaller space wise than I am accustomed to but still has all of the necessary amenities including a fridge and microwave, overall not really a bad thing. Quiet rooms I haven't heard a peep from neighbor yet. I am attending a training downstairs in the conference rooms and the hotel staff have been nothing but please not and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
