Located near to IT office's for easy commute. They have to improve customer service a lot. No water bottles in room.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and every time really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is in a great spot, though can be tricky to find the first time --it's buried in a housing community off the main road.

The hotel itself is great inside. It has a nice modern look to it and the staff are great. It's a full service hotel so it has all the amenities you need from indoor pool, gym, bar, restaurant, shuttle, and great service. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is pretty good. Like all the full service Marriott's they serve Starbucks coffee all day.

There is a whole array of restaurants one exit up or down from this location; however, there really isn't anything off the main road where this is located, and certainly nothing within walking distance.

Whenever I visit the RTP area this is where I stay --and will continue to do so. I really enjoy the hotel and its location is perfect --right off the freeway.

The new rooms are pretty awesome. The showers are fantastic, and I hope all the Marriott hotels are going with this style shower. The sink.it's a little weird. Very very shallow, makes shaving a little challenging but it's doable. Nice room, and the restaurant downstairs is good. I suggest the tomato penne pasta, and add some chicken to it.

The most beautifully decorated rooms at this Marriott. Muti shower heads were great. Comfortable bed and great customer service from Troy at the front desk.

Check in was a breeze. friendly staff. Free shuttle from the airport.. free delicious food at the concierge lounge. But this hotel has seen better days.

Easy and friendly check-in. Especially since it was at 4am! Room is comfortably small. Free WiFi is great. TV choices are limited but the indoor pool rocks. Day staff is pleasant, but you can tell some are going through the motions. Great location with easy access to the interstate. I will choose this hotel again.

Very clean and updated. Staff was excellent!

Pool and gym were well kept and great place to relax after a long day. Nice bar for a quick night cap.

Wish there were more places to eat nearby. I've noticed everything in RTP is pretty spread out. Both McDonald's and Burger King close by if you need a quick bite.

A few nice restaurants/bars nearby (Page Road Grill or Mez) which work if you're only here for a week.

Overall great experience!

First time at this location. Staff was very attentive, polite and professionally astute and accommodating. The room accommodation was very good. Despite some renovation noise 1 night, overall enjoyed a restful stay for 4 nights.

Concierge room was one of the best experiences i've had at a Marriott hands down. Food was top notch, coffee machine was a big thumbs up. Rooms are updated and kept clean. I like the new look as i had stayed here 15 years ago and it needed some work back then. The place was insane busy with what looks like several travel teams staying there for a local tournament but the staff kept up w/ the rush. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a group event there that use of the pool was one of the primary activities and it conveniently became out of order once everyone was checked in. Also one of the elevators was out of order most of the night causing people to wait extremely long times before being able to get to their room. Also no discount offered for all of this inconvenience. This place has not regard for their guests.

This is my favorite hotel in the area. The staff has excellent customer service, the pool is well maintained and kept clean. The restaurant makes some pretty good crabcakes too. Rooms are cleaned well, and there is plenty of space in the common areas to lounge. Always appreciate the kindness of everyone who works here, as it makes travelling so much more pleasant!
