  Overall nice hotel and staff. If you have a choice and are a light sleeper, may want to choose facing the front parking lot. Railroad tracks pass the back area, and I pretty sure I heard a train one night.

  Great place! Guest services went above and beyond. The breakfast is pretty good, and the bar selection is comparable to nearby bars. I love the shuttle service, and we will be visiting again.

  Better than average HGI. Great bar and dining area. Enjoyed the covered front outside sitting area for smoking my cigar. Beware of driveway. Horrible time getting out of either left or right. Not well planned.

  Friendly staff, comfortable room. The most memorable thing was the breakfast. Excellent, with many options, including small buffet, or made to order options and table service if wanted.

  The room was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer! I'm a Hilton honors member so I was treated to free water bottles and free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, they will make pretty much anything you like. The location is also great for meetings in the RTP area and close to the airport.

  Love This hotel. Excellent service start to finish. Above and beyond. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Barrett was so friendly and helpful (and funny). Restaurant staff was great. I will be back any time I am in the area.

  I had a great long weekend at this location, nice quiet rooms. I looked out back and saw the train tracks and thought oh no.. I saw the train several times but could hardly hear them at all. The front desk was super great, Lisa very professional love her kindness. I really loved Chrishan ( hope I got that right) he was behind the count where breakfast was being cooked. This young man will go places with Hilton! He was generally concerned and apologetic over something that happened in the kitchen the night before causing me not to get dinner. I was so pleased to see him every morning at breakfast. Thank you for making my stay better.

  Had a lovely sleep..This hotel was very clean, great staff, and offers room service. I didn't have the pleasure of dining there or ordering room service. However, I did smell the food and it smelled good. Oh and they have a bar and small convenience shop. I look forward to staying again in the future.

  We were places in room 202 for a weekend wedding trip to Durham. The room was spacious and had great light with two windows. The bed was noisy, on a platform instead of a box spring. The mattress was quite firm. The room did not advertise but had a mini fridge and microwave. The furniture in the room was in good shape. The front desk staff was warm and efficient. The pool was clean and cool and delightfully vacant when we used it. There was plenty parking and the area surrounding the hotel was convenient. With just a traffic free 15 minute ride to downtown Durham, we will stay here again.

  I had the privilege to stay here this past weekend with my son as he was participating in a baseball tournament. I was very impressed right away by the friendly staff at check-in and throughout our stay. Upon reaching our room, I was impressed again by the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. This hotel was very quiet at night -- which is hard to find in most hotels -- and we were able to get a good night's sleep both nights we were there. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again!!

  I was at the Hilton Garden Inn RTP for a symposium. I found the hotel to be nice and easy to find. The lobby was lovely, and the catering was delicious. All hotel staff that I interacted with were very kind and courteous. It was a great venue for this event.
