Checked in yesterday. Staying for a week. Came into the room to a half roll of toilet paper. Went to go get toilet paper and the receptionist stately said "I only have 5 rolls left, I have a cold I need it". I'm sorry what? I booked for a week and I can't get a roll of toilet paper. This is ridiculous. I'll never recommend this place to anyone

Just recently stayed at the Red Roach Inn. Yes, I said Roach. This hotel is crawling with cockroaches. The roaches were so bad, they picked me up in my sleep and carried me to a different bed in the room. When I tried to flush the roach it wouldn't go down the toilet, because it wasn't working. I brought my decadent chicken back to my hotel and minutes later, the roaches stole it and were eating it. Also, I was promised a delicious breakfast, but I must have woken up too late and got beat out by the roaches once again. Oh wait, there's more! I was enjoying my nice granola bar, since I didn't get breakfast and I thought I spilled a couple crumbs, only to find out it was actually bed bugs. Yes people, roaches and bed bugs. All in all, stay at your own risk.

The receptionist when we checked in was awesome. She was friendly and welcoming even with her having to work in thanksgiving. The room was clean and smelled good. It was a pet friendly hotel which we loved with our fur baby.

Soft beds. Medium thick pillows. Hardwood floor. Sign says newly remodeled but looks as it was awhile ago. Truck parking on street. McDonald’s across the street. Ceiling paint falling off. Worst part was right above the beds

Rooms are newly remodeled with granite countertops in the bathroom and high-end sinks. Staff is very friendly and with rates starting at $49 a night, you will not find a better deal in Cary 😋!

The staff was very friendly, gave us great advice on places to go and see, but the hotel itself was not very nice. The room felt durty and not very comfortable. I will not be staying at this hotel any more.

I don't even know where to begin. We walked in our hotel room to a cockroach on the ceiling. We didn't want to stay in a room that was already occupied, so we asked for a new room. Cool, whatever stuff happens. Get to the new room, smells kinda funky. Being tired and just wanting to go to bed, we didn't think much about it. So ripped the bed open, laid down, and it was wet. I know what your thinking, that's odd. So we ripped the stuff off, and bam. Urine stain still fresh. So you know that's our experience. We are going to a clinic to get tested. Pray for us.

Check in was quick, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, walls are thin so you can hear everything but it wasn't bad. Right off the freeway so it's very convenient.

It was great. The Wi-Fi wasn't super slow, the shower was great, the bed was really comfy, the tv was good quality, the room wasn't cramped, very clean, no complaints.

They are definitely not the cleanest by any means. It looked like the floor had not been swept or vacuumed - especially in the bathroom. Lots of hair and tiny pieces of trash. Went to take the garbage out and when leaving and when I pulled the garbage bag up there was what appeared to be/smelled like urine under the bag . -_-
Very dusty, everything is stained, rooms are very very dated. For the price I know I can't expect much, but it would have been nice to have a room I felt was clean, at least. The hallways and elevator also look like they haven't been vaccumed in ages.
TV is a good size though. I also like how I had a desk in my room so I didn't have to put anything on the ground at least. ðŸ˜response / report this review -

The location of this place is good. I like where I am when I stay here, but I'm not too crazy about this place. It has a weird feeling to it. The place looks a little broken down and like it isn't fairing very well. The halls often smell of smoke, and not just cigarettes. I feel it's a place to stay if you have last minute plans and can't find somewhere else to stay
