Room was nice, location was convenient. Only problem was that room service wasn't as prompt as it should have been and we had to call to get them to come. Otherwise it was great.

I'm not sure that Marriott should allow this hotel to be called a courtyard for much longer. The accommodations are fine, much like similar courtyard's, but as I will last there are Stark distinctions from the others once you reside more than a few minutes. There was no free or even paid for water in the rooms. The only water that could be found was from the tap. I normally only drink water from the tap but this water has the distinct smell of sulfur and chlorine immediately ending my thirst. The bathrooms are nicely affirmed and all functions are proper. The worst part of the stay will be the entertainment provided by a very dated TV. There is no hotel entertainment service and the cable the box received is off very poor quality. This reminded me of watching Netflix on a very slow internet connection. Whilst it can be said they offer many channels it will be hard to see through the below average picture and let's not mention the sound. Mono sounds and not stereo yes I'm not lying the room offers mono, like a 80's high school, mono is all you get. If you need a place to shower, shave, and maybe sleep with a burlap sack as a pillow then yes please stay here.

Somewhat dated, I have stayed in many courtyards and this is probably my least favorite. Can feel springs in mattress, furniture is dated. phone adapters barely stay in outlets as they are old. These are only opinions and nothing more, I may just be picky

My first time going to Naples and staying at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and close by the beach, zoo and so much more! The staff was great!!! I would definitely stay at that hotel again!

Clean rooms, nice bistro eats, good breakfast. Easy in and out location, affordable. Needs more selection in marketplace, like energy bars, etc.
