Nice place. We had a 2-bedroom suite. One bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath en suite. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second full bathroom was in the main hallway. Good size kitchenette. Nice patio off the 2nd bedroom and main living area.

Cute 2 bedroom suite but we had no hot water in one of the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen table wasn't cleaned by the staff when they cleaned the room. The bed in the master bedroom wasn't remade well either. Overall experience was just ok.

Been coming here for the past decade with my parents. Always loved this resort so chill and relaxed. The staff know my family well and always looked forward to seeing us again. The pool and hot tub are great, well looked after. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are crisp and clean, enough space for you to do whatever you want. Restaurants are near and generally well good. The resort has their own cat, Cupcake. Cupcake is adorable and very friendly, well liked by residents and respected as well. Also ducks and lizard pop up from time to time. Not much else I can say :) Looking forward to coming back next year!

I really loved this place. The rooms are more than just a bed and TV and the outdoors are aesthetically pleasing. I do want to come back soon as I can.

Incredible scenery and quiet! They upgraded our room and gave us the best view on the property it seems. We watched turtles playing, listened to the multiple waterfalls, sunken gardens through out, HUGE grilling area, pool, spa..plus more! There restaurant with live music was also very charming and romantic. Definitely would recommend room #137

The staff are awesome. We have a cleaning business (Daisy Eco Clean) and operate on this property often for private owners. We come in contact with the staff regularly. They are kind, friendly and welcoming. My family have stayed at the Park Shore Resort on several occasions and have had an excellent time. Highly recommend it and great location close to all the shops and restaurants.

This resort is made up of individually owned units. The unit we stayed in was great. The decor was a bit dated, but quite comfortable. Everything we could need was provided including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The wifi was quite slow, but otherwise everything was as expected or better.

Our stay was great. When we checked in, we were greeted by Marjorie, who was extremely pleasant, introduced us to the area by making recommendations, and tried to accommodate our room request. The room itself was cleaned and well kept. We had an issue with the master bedroom shower not working but a call to the front desk had the maintenance person in our room within minutes and the problem resolved right away. Our room had a huge balcony and it looks like it's a common train for all the rooms based on what we saw. Also, all rooms have a balcony facing the lake, which is a great plus. We didn't check out the pool, but we walked the grounds on the evening and they are beautiful. Definitely worth checking out if you're with family. The gas grills are first come first serve and have tables surrounding them so you can make yourself comfortable. Overall our experience was a very positive one. Since our stay was brief, we didn't utilize all the amenities the resort had to offer, but based on what we saw, it's all top notch.
