Motel 6 ambiance. Dreary hallways Too many Germans behaving like hogs at the buffet. Worn out furniture. Good beds.

Absolutely careless and unprofessional Mgr Jeffery Arman . He cancelled our 2 nightd booking with no reason, and was not willing to provide us with similar accommodations . 4 adults and a kid had no place to sleep . The mgr generated his own policies and unable to provide any policies in writing. If you book your room with this property, you might end up sleeping on the street. This hotel mgr does not care about customers at all and has bad , hostile and intimidating way of talking down to the customers. He absolutely not interested in communicating with customers and unwilling to problem-solve any difficult or urgent issues. Naples Residence needs new mgnt which can carry effective operations of the property and provide an outstanding service to the Marriott chain customers.

The Residence Inn employees were very helpful and diligent. Hotel was good the room was clean but there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Due to the Hurracaine Irma we were evacuated from the hotel, but it was for our own safety. Hot Breakfast with plenty of options.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is better than average. The rooms are huge and they have fully functional kitchens. I love the staff and have had allot of fun at the pool with the kids.
I took off one star because I have had problems getting the showers hot and they are usually out of towels by the pool, which is frustrating when you have little kids.
Overall, a great spot for families staying in Naples for an extended time.response / report this review -

We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite on the top floor. The room was perfect with full kitchen, dining table, couch, chair, fireplace and nice LG TV. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and LG TVs. One bedroom has a work desk. Room was very clean, security doors worked, very nice pool area with lots of chairs etc. BBQ grill available for guest use. They have functions in the lobby evenings during the week. Staff was friendly, easy parking, quite and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Naples. Easy drive to everything, hotel has a beach shuttle. Tin City, beaches etc are minutes away. This will definitely be my go to lodging from now on when I visit family in Naples.

I have been staying at the residence in for about 4 weeks on business. I would say that it has its pros and it's cons. What are the things that I like the most is that a has a included breakfast every morning comma as well as mixers (light meals and drinks) in the evenings Monday - Thursday. The staff are really nice and attentive. On the downside, the showers aren't always as sanitary as other hotels and the sheet smell a bit funny. I have stayed here on 4 separate occasions and these seem to be a constant.

There are suites that accommodate 6 persons and come with a large fridge, microwave, toaster and two full baths.

Absolutely loved this place, will definitly return!
Pros: Free awesome breakfast, wifi and spacious parking. Great room, large refrigriator and kitchen. Nice bathroom. Family friendly pool area. Friendly staff (this time I was there the staff had some basketball shoot out with their really polite manager, it was nice to see). Also, the front desk was always eager to help me and my family out with all kinds of stupid tourist like questions, thet even provided a beach umbrella at no charge.
Cons: there arent many cons at all, the only I can come up with id that due to the small pool it got kinda dirty during the evening. Not that I was discusted or anything it just needed to be slightly bigger so it could handle many swimmers.
All and all, me and my family (wife and 2 daughters) will return in near future.

Good place to stay with kids. Pool is very warm. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice. An Uber ride to a great dinner.
