Marriott never fails. Bathroom had a couple of leftover hair on soap shelf but other than great. Love the room with a balcony. Great customer service and comfortable bed.

Service was great. Lobby was in good condition and inviting atmosphere. Rooms were eh. Just felt old and a little dirty. Very dated from the sheets to the cabinets to the finishes in the bathroom.

This is a perfect location walking distance to one or the cro der most popular malls in Miami. I love that the crowd from the mall doesn't over flow to the hotel. Staff and accommodations were excellent!!! We stayed here out of sheer necessity but would definitely recommend it to out of town guests and look for similar properties out of town.

The air conditioning system is outdated and does not work well in the rooms. Florida is hot! This place needs an AC upgrade in the rooms

This is my second stay in less than a year. This time I took a suite as I had my one year old. Everything was excellent. I was impressed by the amenities offered in the suite. Perfect for those with babies. The room was extremely spacious and well worth the money. Will definitely stay here again once in the area and will definitely be booking the suite as it is worth the extra dollars. Staff was extremely helpful especially Virgillo (not sure if the spelling is correct) at the front desk who made sure everything was perfect for our stay with the baby. Keep up the good work guys.

Small room for the cost, however next to the mall which made it easy to just walk and avoid the chaois. Staff is very nice. Main con was over priced.
