I definitely recommend spending the night at this awesome hotel even with your kids. Jesus from front desk did a quick check in as well as provide a friendly greeting. The hotel has a nice red theme to it. Beds were comfortable, my son loved it. Housekeeping was on point and checkout with Vanessa was great!!!

I spent 2 weeks here for work. The staff was wonderful. It was clean and nice. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. My only complaint: the mattress was unbearable. I didn't have the option of changing hotels and 2 weeks on that bed has left me hurting.

Hotel was well maintained and updated. Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk associate was very welcoming and answered all questions I had.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Stayed here for a few nights while in between working in Puerto Rico for hurricane Maria and the sale manager was very accommodating to us and made sure even when fully booked she could find us rooms in at least one of the three properties owned by the same owner there. Bar was very nice too.

Comfortable bed in clean room. They wanted $$ for the morning meal, so I went across the street to the Cuban restaurant for GREAT coffee and a much-too-large-portion breakfast; not that that should be read as a bad thing.

My mother in law stays here every time she visits. We always head over and the kids enjoy swimming in the pool. They have a great fitness center and a Starbucks right in the lobby.

The stay has been amazing. Room is spacious. Bed is cozy and comfy. Lots of channels to watch. Tony at the front desk is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and happy. He even recommended places to eat nearby. I extended my stay for 1 more day.

Extra nice people working there, and super comfortable place to stay. Also convienient to shops and Everglade National Park. Room rate came with tickets to air boat ride in the Everglades.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We were by the elevator. I was worried about noise late at night or early morning but it wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly. Great price for a great room.
