Clean from top to bottom. Nice and helpful staff. Less attention to detail than I'm use to but I'm finding that's the entire industry in Miami

These people charged me an additional 100.00 -an unauthorized charge on my credit card because they said the room was smoky. The room has a kitchenette in which we are allowed to cook. Mind you I paid 500.00 for one week stay for a small room

Excellent stay here, full size fridge was nice and so was microwave. Stove cooktop also here but we preferred the many restaurants nearby. Nice laundry facilities. Felt very safe in this area.

Stayed here for a month last year when I PCSd. Was clean, comfortable & secure. The security at Guesthouse on base at HARB is of course going to be the very best cause it's on base but the cleanliness I think is better here. The rooms have kitchenettes with full size fridge which is a plus if your staying longer than a week. The manager almost matched the guest house rate since originally I made a reservation for 3 weeks, wound up staying 4. The microwave went out & the manager came over chkd it & replaced it within 15 min! True they don't provide loaner pots or kitchenware but the dollar store is practically across the street & walmart is a short drive just before the base gate which is gravy. I plan on staying again if needed when my lease is up in a few months if the assoc approval process delays. Would recommend it to anybody that needs an extended hotel room/temporary home. Think they do daily too.

There is only one complimentary soap bar, there is a kitchen in here, but they do not provide cooking ware or silverware. They can be purchased at the front desk to keep, so if you're on vacation, you don't need to buy silverware if when you go home there is your own set. The heater in my room, when turned on, smelled like something was burning, which is a dangerous fire hazard. There is a bible in here, out of all my hotel stays this was the first with a bible. They don't have a breakfast kitchen or a coffee pot. They have a laundry room for us to use at 2$ a load.
