Stylin' out. The art in the rooms is swanky! I like their continental breakfast. I slept a little, drove around a little. There is a good restaurant down the road to the north, a Cuban place or something. I had a crazy steak there.

It was good, pretty clean and comfortable beds. The TV didn't work initially, but they had a repair man fix it really quickly. Also the phone apparently can't be plugged in, as there wasn't a line to use. Overall though, pretty decent.

The rooms were semi-clean. The shower curtain in the shower smelled like mold and mildew. There was no phone in the room. The cable channels were horrible, no signal. Old tv's. No comforters to cover your self with. No parking. Called front desk more than 10 times from my personal phone and no answer either time. Yet all these issues and they want to charge $100+ a night. It used to be a descent hotel, but I will never stay here again!

I guess you get what you pay for, right? Good for a quick one nighter, if you don't mind a little noise from your neighboring guests. For a longer stay, I suggest paying a few extra bucks and finding another place.

This is a motel not hotel. In addition they gave me the room of someone else who was already installed. That person told me they did the same thing to him when they arrived No privacy because your room door and window are on an open hall way. I definitely don’t recommend going for a special occasion

I have stayed there several times now for business and will continue. The bedding is great, rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff from the desk to the breakfast girls are very accommodating and friendly. Hot breakfast eggs, sausage, fresh cut fruit, lots of choices. Center of town and close to everything. Good place

Great food. Got upgraded to an executive room. Definitely worth it. Biggest issue was that the room always seemed to have warm spots. (I know sounds weird) It would be cold in most spots but in some areas the AC never quite covered it so it was always kinda warm. Bed was comfy and clean. Plenty of towels. THE WEIRDEST PART was that there were a lot of pictures of partially dressed or erotically dressed women on the walls. 6 large images in the room.

Wow, one of the best hotels I've stayed at while I've been traveling and I've been to a lot!! Straight away the staff were very friendly, the place is extremely clean and looks very nice! The breakfast service is amazing with lots of choices along with many other helpful amenities! Highly impressed with the Floridan hotel and would highly recommend!! All I'd say is the room was abit dull due to no proper ceiling lighting other than lamps but everything else was perfect!

Very cute. Good laundry. Microwave and fridge in every room. Good fitness center and good banquet room. Nice hotel. Very cute and decent. Lots of cute kitties running around the grounds. Soft towels. Nice stuff in the vending machines. Great hot breakfast.

VERY Nice. Cozy & Clean. Inexpensive yet well appointed, microwave and mini-fridge in room. Full Fruits & Bread-like treats bar, including fresh coffee and teas 24-hours. Full breakfast included too. Fitness Center and heated pool. Like staying at a Marriott for half the cost !!!

This hotel was an amazing find! Rooms are clean with the most comfortable new beds, grounds are well kept and the breakfast is great. Would never expect to have such a great experience for such a great price. I reserved our rooms a few weeks in advance and we arrived a few hours before check in, the front desk staff had our rooms cleaned and allowed us to check in early. My family will most certainly be staying here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

The Best hotel in South Florida. Large and spacious room. Very clean and easy to fall asleep after a long day out. Very pleasant environment.

Beautiful updated rooms and great service. The overnight front desk was very personable and listened to my babble. I'm local but wanted to stay close by after getting off work at 5 am. Highly recommend this hotel. In love with the decor and atmosphere. Thumbs up Floridian I will definitely recommend you to my out of town friends, family, and customers.
