Absolutely the best experience in Florida. Wonderful free breakfast, free wifi. And the room is super clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is pretty new so everything looks shiny and convnenient. Will come back again.

As a Hton Honors member, I was able to check in ahead of time & select my room. I was then able to use the Hilton Honors app to download a digital key to access my room, fitness center, & side entrance. I didn't have to stop at the front desk at all. Overall had a good stay. The only negative is that there was a thermostat on the wall which I kep adjusting only to finally find out that they settings were on the actual air handler. There is no sign to tell you where to make the adjustments.

Your normal Hampton Inn. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Service is okay, not the best I've seen.

Excellent hotel on the way to the Keys with plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff are all super helpful and attentive, checked in in around a minute. Rooms are big and airy with a good sized bathroom, breakfast is the usual fayre but tasty and plentiful. Second time staying here and will defo use again.

Check in was easy. Rooms were clean. The floor which we were on was relatively quiet. Breakfast is passable. Would stay again.

Amazing experience at the Hampton Inn in Homestead. With nice rooms, clean restrooms, and breakfast every morning. The price was also amazing and with the Keys and the Everglades within an hour it was the perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to other families that like cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere.

I stayed here for 10 weeks and it was a great experience. Front desk is very friendly; I never saw a bad attitude. Housekeeping and maintenance awesome. The girl at the 4th floor; I forgot her name; but she is the young Spanish girl that has black curly hair. She goes the extra mile to make sure your room is clean and supplied at all times. Management always making sure everything is going well. The breakfast people was also very nice. One time, almost at closing time, I came running in and there was no fruit left. She went back and got me a plate with cut fresh fruit. How awesome is that. This is an excellent place to stay. Will come back and recommended at any time. They are clean, organize and awesome.

I would have given a 4 star review but my daughter was trapped in the elevator for close to 5 minutes and felt like she was suffocating. My other daughter tried pulling at the doors to get her out. We ran to the front desk to try to get her help and could hear her panicked screams 2 floors away. When we got to the front desk the lady called in "the elevators stuck again" then went on with her day. Never turned to address us and let us know help was coming or direct us on what we should do. Between my oldest girl trying to pry the doors open and the child inside rapidly hitting the door open buttons eventually it opened but that is no thanks from the staff. The complaint isn't so much about the elevator or the fact that apparently it is a regular event at the hotel but how horrifically rude the staff was over the event. They never closed the elevator or even looked at it. They let people get right on behind her. When I insisted they write up an incident report they argued with me over doing it. I was told there was no manager on duty but I still insisted on a report so she finally found a form but FALSIFIED the form!!! The report was completely false so I wrote on it to correct it. It was just lies that she had written. Not one thing she wrote actually happened. She said she would have to write another one if I wanted it to be accurate and my punishment was making us wait for a very long time as she knew my kids were hungry. We had been on our way dinner. I agreed since the first one was lies that was a good idea. I stepped outside to speak with my waiting family for a moment and came back in to the 2 desk girls and 2 men laughing and my "OCD" family. They continued to finish the joke while I stood there. The woman then decided to finish the form and I realized I would have to stand over her and watch her or she wasn't going to do it so I did that. She stood there laughing, dancing, and singing while she finished it. In all the reviews I've written only 1 has ever been negative and that was due to a very dirty room but this was horrible. It's a real shame because the hotel was nice. There was a family of ducks we enjoyed feeding. A pool that was clean. If they replaced the staff with professionally minded people I think I would have given it a 4 even considering the elevator incident. In the end I have never been so infuriated or disrespected by any staff in my life and I fully intend to contact the corporate office to make sure they are aware of these employees and how they behave. I would not recommend but there is a nice Courtyard by Marriott next door.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding at the Walton house. We enjoyed hanging out with friends in the bridal suite. Our room was pretty good, the AC was difficult to regulate at night and the blanket was very thick. Breakfast was good because it has wide variety. There was a nice little gym and pool.

We stayed for two nights at the Hampton Inn in Homestead while visiting the Everglades. The location of the hotel is great - easy access to major highways, and close to Everglades, Biscayne and Key Largo. It was also convenient to get back to Miami airport. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. We had been camping in the Everglades for a couple nights before, so a warm shower felt great upon checking in. Staff were nice, but not as friendly as at some other Hilton hotels. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was typical for Hampton Inn and had a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would probably stay here again if back in the area.
