They are a lier its not close bad services and they take your money need to be shut down for good owner is rude disrespectful roaches everywhere beds was dirty just bad all the way need human resources there baddddd never go here

My grandmother booked and paid online and since I didn't have any credit cards when I got here to check in they said that I didn't pay so I had to pay cash , it was 1:35am so i had no other choice but to pay since I had my two kids and niece with me and of course when I was able to get in contact with my grandmother they changed her too. Now that's not even the worst part of it they gave me the room that was in my reservation when I go to open the room the window curtain was open a little bit and I can see that there was people inside my room I almost walked in on another family I go back to the office and the guy tells me that there should not be no one there and if I was sure that I went to the right one I told the security guard to go and check and I was right , all he said was here a different room

Worst ecperience ever! The plumbing is old so you don't have hot water in some buildings. My room had hair from other guests in it. There was a horrible smell in the room. Finding parking is a joke. I had do not disturb sign on my door and was woken up by house service walking in without knocking. I thought the sign fell but it was still on the door. Do not stay there!

I recommend this hotel only if it's convenient to your location but be sure to bring lots of Lysol. It's not the cleanest property. If you choose to swipe a credit card for payment make sure the desk clerk only swipes once and check your account if she should ask to swipe again. It took a lot of work to get my funds recovered after being double charged and management was not easy to contact.

Completely disgusting, this hotel has a lot of nerve. Stayed here on the way south to the keys, would have been suitable if this hotel had proper accommodations for renters. No hot water and an AC that doesn't blow cold air made for an extremely uncomfortable rest. Days inn 'truly cares about my stay' bull!! They have a variety of sundry items at the front desk but fail to have any acceptable drinking water at all. Never have I stayed in a hotel so incompetent as this. Please save yourself some money and a large headache and steer clear of the Homestead Days Inn!

There should be a left turn into the hotel lot instead of having to make a u-turn on a very busy road.
TV channels come in fuzzy.
The towels are scratchy instead of soft.
Wasn't told I would have a shared room(there is a door in my room that goes into the next room)
However the room was presented very nicely.
The pillows were so fluffy!
There was a mini fridge in my room too, which was an added bonus.
All in all, 4 out of 5 stars. A comfortable and clean bed is all I honestly needed and this hotel was perfect for it.response / report this review
