Great place. Good breakfast. The rooms
Are a little dated and there was 2 dip pouches of the floor by the bed post the kids found that housekeeping missed but not a bad place.
When we got to our room we found bugs on the furniture. We checked right back out without any problems. The desk agent said it was because they were so close to the everglades. That makes me think I wasn't the first to notice the insects.
We stayed only one night. It was perfect. Hotel has modern look inside. Room was nice and clean. Beds are nicely comfortable .
Staff was helpful. Breakfast selection was pretty big, Except there was no fruits .
There is nice pool in the back.
If we are ever back in this area will definitely stay there again.
Room was relatively clean but had a very strong mildew smell; the fridge was warm and remained so. Had we been staying longer we would have attempted to address the issues. The room was pretty quiet overnight and customer service was good.
It's pricey but I really like this hotel. Every time I come down here to work I prefer this hotel over all of the others. It's clean, the staff is nice, breakfast is a large variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone if you don't mind paying a little more than usual for a hotel.
I came here for 2 days and I tell this place did the job. It was very clean and the staff was excellent. My son said we've been to different hotels but this was the best one ever. The food was good as well. Everything was excellent
My stay at Holiday Inn Express was horrible. The air conditioning unit in the first room was loud and noisy. I complained and moved to a second room and the water from the shower head came out slowly with water building in the bathtub. So we basically showered in dirty standing still water. Guest services stated they would send someone out the next day. To make matters worse the room had not been cleaned while we were out the following day. I was told that they had 125 check outs that day. I told guest services that this was unacceptable and had nothing to do with me. The following day I complained to Guest Services and they stated they would be able to refund one day. Needless to say I will never book a hotel with Holiday Inn. This has been a bad experience.
Perfect for our one night stay. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is our room definitely has a sugar ant problem. And the refrigerator is not properly vented so it's insanely hot and it doesn't cool properly unless you leave the cabinet it is in open. But, mostly I care about how comfortable and clean it is for myself and my kids and it worked out well.
Very large room. Lots of lighting. Love the upgrade mirror in the bathroom.
Love it.
Nikki @ the front desk was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She is a perfect example of Holiday Inn's strive for excellence.
WE arrived on Thursday afternoon the Front Desk Agent's Patrice,Tamika and Nikki were very welcoming and Patrice gave us a Free Upgrade for being an IHG rewards member, was pleasant and always smiling. They all were ALL very professional WE enjoyed our stay at The Holiday Inn Express Florida. The only thing WE didn't like was the breakfast it was bland and same everyday. WE will recommend this Hotel to our Friends and Family.
I'm not gonna lie this hotel smelled of cigarettes, rooms were not great and dirty, worker at the desk was rude and uncooperative, the pool was foggy and full of bugs. Overall the whole experience was terrible for my entire family who just wanted a break for driving only to deal with more crap. Also the price was very unreasonable for the quality. I would not recommend coming here for a stay. Sorry.
This is a nice hotel. I had a king bed room, and the room is huge. Everything seems clean. Bathroom is somewhat small, when you close the door you don't have much room because the toilet is so close. Staff seem very helpful, I had no problems with anyone. They were very helpful. Breakfast is probably the best I've had at a hotel. Wide range of food, from bacon to pancakes to warm cinnamon rolls. Biggest drawback to this hotel is the price. I feel like you're getting more for your money than most hotels in the area, and proximity to Miami and the Keys are why it's so costly. More than I would normally pay for a room, but it's a very nice hotel.
