Wonderful hotel, with excellent and courteous staff. They were very helpful in getting me directions to get around. The room was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

Clean and easy to get to. I was just there for drinks with coworkers who were actually staying there, but the service was good and our waiter made sure not to serve and then never appear again.

The staff is amazing! Very polite and goes above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one! This was my first time in NYC and the guy at the registration desk helped to answer all of our questions and give us tips! The reason why this is not a 5 star is because the hotel does need some updating. The carpet in our room had a huge stain on the floor. The carpet needs to be replaced for sure.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Both for short business stays. The staff was friendly and attentive. Facility's are clean and we'll kept. I've not tried the breakfast or bar but having the option is great. Very good value here.

First time guest and was quite pleased with the accommodation. Clean establishment with excellent service by Felix at the front desk. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!!

First thing, Felix makes this hotel so welcoming. His cheerful and professional attitude says it all. The hotel was very clean, great breakfast and dinner. I felt i was treated like a queen by everyone. Back to Felix, every hotel needs a Felix, he is superb!!!! Next time im here for work this will be my home

Comfortable and clean. Pretty much all you can ask for when you need a place to rest away from home. The name alone gives you faith that your stay will not be anything less than expected. The Hilton garden inn was perfectly located to the venue (Palisadium) I attended a wedding at with a shuttle also. Close to a movie theater also for those rainy vacation days. Breakfast was great too. Overall, no complaints. Two thumbs 👍

Overall it is good hotel. Convenient location around near New York or New Jersey Ridgefield area. However there is nothing around so if you don't have a car, there are not much choices when you check in late or quick bite something. Other than that it is good hotel for quick stay between your business trip.

Staff is always amazing here and nice. Normally this is an ok Hilton garden inn but this time there is a real bad smell. Much like a sewer pipe backed up. As often as I'm at this location it's not normal but still very noticeable.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. On all of my several stays, the service, rooms and food were consistently good. My only gripes (minor) are the location is a little weird with getting to and from, depending on where you're going and the location, so close to I-95) makes noise in the rooms a little more than I'd normally care for. If you want complete quiet, this may not be for you. It's not terrible, but ever-present.
Make sure you get breakfast included. They do a wonderful hot breakfast, including cooked to order items from the grill. Very good!response / report this review -

The rooms are fine however I wish they would give us toothpaste & a brush in the room or complementary water as opposed to having us pay $3 a bottle. They have a pool and a small gym so that was nice. The rooms have a TV and a coffee maker too. I enjoyed staying here regardless of the small complaints.

Great stay. Easy to get to and right before the GW bridge. Clean staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!!! Usually breakfast is like coffee and toast or a bagel.. This place actually has cook to order for things like pancakes and French toast. I saw cereal, Oatmeal and waffles as well. I'd definitely stay again.

Driving home to Virginia we decided to stop. Brian at the front desk was the best!!! Really helpful and professional. The room and the entire hotel were clean and comfy. I highly recommend staying with them. 🙂
