Pros:
-super clean, tidy, comfy
-nice indoor pool
-decent breakfast
-cheap
-amazing Hilton staff. Same consistent service you get at all decent to perfect Hilton's. It's the staff that always makes the difference
-local amenities are cheap. See below
-free parking
-cool little family of deer roams the area. Hope you see them
-situated on a little plot of land isolated from the local area. See below
-your stay might or might not include free breakfast. You have free breakfast. No one asks or checks for anything, just grab a plate filler up have fun eat twice if you want. It's cool
Cons:
-not the greatest neighborhood. But, the hotel is cut off from the surrounding area. A highway and a creek create a little Hilton island
-the Exxon on next door sells crack pipes. No, I'm not kidding or exaggerating. Glass ball Point pens. Crack pipes, they don't even write. This says it all.
-I wish they had a sauna or a hot tub
-decent breakfast. They don't do the made to Order stuff, like I'm omelettes. Big deal.response / report this review -

Very nice and accomodating hotel. Initially, we were given a room that had a faulty heater (like this thing was super loud), and the manager took care of us. If I knew they had an indoor pool, I wouldve definitely taken advantage of that! The breakfast was great, not a typical “fast-food” type of food, but decent. They didn’t have a business room, but at least one computer with printing capabilities. I will definitely be coming back here.

The hotel was very nice and accommodating! My family and myself were trying to get to time square and asked about their shuttle service but it wasn't going to be back for an hour so the girl at the front desk, Krina has one of the employees drive us in her own personal car. It was very generous of her and helped us out tremendously! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable!!

Hotel was very nice. However, it was very hard to find a food place that would deliver. Many local places will not deliver to the Hampton inn for whatever reason. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. The lobby, hallways and elevator were very hot. Even being 50-60 degrees at night, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the room under 75*. Other then that, the service was good, as was the breakfast.

Our visit was great! The General Manager was so sweet and kind. She helped route us into Times Square, and we didn't have any problems at all.

We had initail issues when checking in and with our shuttle to the hotel but once we addressed them with Giovanna the hotel manager she was beyond kind and accommodating. She takes her job incredibly seriously and cares very much about all her guests! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean and always smelled so good in our room. Our bed was incredibly comfortable :) also they change their free breakfast daily so that adds some variety to the beginning of each day. It was a great stay.

The hotel was very clean, very welcoming as well. The room was up to my standards and the commodities were much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was great, had a variety of foods to choose from. Only complaint was the shower curtain which didn't protect the water from leaking on to the entire bathroom floor.

Room is comfortable. Linen very nice. Carpet in hallways and room could be cleaner. Staff friendly. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Housekeeping came early before we were out of the room for the day. They never came back to make up the room. Other than that I highly recommend.

Very loud (can hear semi trucks engine brake) at least on the ground floor. Otherwise, not bad. Good breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool.

The location is convenient and close to the gw bridge. Bed was a bit springy and pillows weren't top notch but definitely not terrible. I'd stay here again. Room was clean and stocked, staff was friendly and very enthusiastic about breakfast.

Great experience in Hampton Inn Very nice decor , clean and comfortable room very high quality of all bathroom needs.. Also complementary ( free) toothbrush or tooth paste ( anything you need) I would definitely recommend this Hotel ..

Very quiet hotel, modern and crisp-looking decor. Great breakfast, coffee and free parking. Getting in from 46 East is treacherous. I suggest pulling into the gas station then driving through the parking lot. Will definitely return for my next visit.
