Very professional, fun environment & the beach is right behind the hotel. ❤ amazing views from level 12.

A distinctly average hotel, that with a few tweaks could be great. Perhaps I'm picky or hard to please, or maybe I have high expectations, either way I expect that something extra from my hotel stays.
The outside of the hotel from street view fits in nicely with the neighbourhood vibe and architecture, the lobby in keeping with the Art Deco charm. It's not until you make your way to the rooms that you notice a stale musty smell in the corridors, the sickly orange/brown walls, flooring and stuffy rooms. Our air conditioning unit went from a low clicking to a full on roar and arctic temperatures.
The saving grace for the hotel being the open pool area, large loungers and direct links to the beach a matter of moments away. While I wouldn't necessarily say it was a bad stay, there wasn't much to draw me back.response / report this review -

Came to this hotel for my 21st birthday and they were helpful, polite, and even gave me a cupcake and birthday card. The stay was amazing and staff was great, especially Oscar. Location couldn't be better-- safe and convenient. Definitely coming back!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It had direct beach access yet still felt private. The pool side bar serves some great food (special menu from the Carrabbas attached to the hotel) and a decent selection of frozen drinks. The hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to help me with any questions I may have had. Will come back.

Stay in the Ocean tower, already updated. Cadillac tower is like a Best western. We upgraded rooms to an Ocean Front suite, was worth it.
Service is good. Happy hour at carrabas, at 430. Beer $3 vs $8. Go to Walgreen's for beer and wine, 2 blocks away, half price.response / report this review -

Definitely one of the best places to stay while in Miami Beach! From the time we checked in until checkout we had nothing bit exceptional service. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view just because. Next time I'm visiting I will stay at the Courtyard Cadillac. Thank you for making my 1st visit to Miami exceptional!

Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. It was as if they knew us personally! The pool and ocean access perfect! Near the trolley so easy to get around!

Don't be fooled by the pictures!
Old, smellyand people walking in underwear in the corridor! Nice when you looking for your room with two small kids!
The only thing nice that I can say about this hotel are about the front desk clerks.
Oh, almost forgot you going to pay $39/day to have your car parked by a vallet.response / report this review -

My boyfriend and I just arrived and the customer service is amazing so far. I never rate things but had to this time and we've only been here for an hour. Brian is the best!

The staff is wonderful and the hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Bryan at the front desk was exceptionally attentive and provided amazing service. Even Robert our waiter at the beach gave us VIP service that has fabulous. We will be back again.

This is my default place to stay when I'm in Miami. It's quiet in the evenings but still close enough to Ocean Drive, which is about a 10 minute can ride away. We love the private beach and the cabana bar for lunch and happy hour. The staff has always been accommodating. In fact, I'm posting this as I'm on my way there right now. :-)
