Good hotel! I would definitely stay again there. Very stylish rooms. Close to the beach and helpful stuff. Next door is a convenience shop/cafe where they make good subs. Close to the beach. Hotel provides parking but you have to pay for it. The only thing I didn’t like were the amount of additional fees I had to pay ( tourist tax, deposit, gate key etc). Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Miami Beach.

A very nice and charming place! I can highly recommend. Although we had no electricity in some parts of the hotel for 4 days the staff did a very good job to help the guests and make the stay still comfortable. Especially Paolo, Renata and Fabiola were great! And of course the General Manager. The food was also fantastic! Thanks a lot for this nice experience at this beautiful place. We had a wonderful time!

Location was great. Very close to South Beach. Across the street from the beach with access to two free beach chairs! Room was beautiful, clean and modern, except that our room was on the first floor with a window to the pool area. There was very loud music playing until very late. Service was also outstanding.

A very nice place!
Small rooms but equipped with everything you might need, it has a fresh feeling like it's newly renovated. Loved the pool, beach towels and 2 beach chairs included. Staff was very nice. They have a bar and a restaurant in house.
One thing that didn't work was restaurant service, food was OK but it's not very nice to leave your guests waiting 20min for the bill. Nobody wants a 2 hour lunch.
They charge a lot for parking but it's good parking right next to hotel.
I would totally come back.
A tip is to visit the shop next doors, they have everything.

We love this hotel. The atmosphere is great. From the hidden garden to the 24 hour pool there is nothing we would change. The food in Julian's kitchen and the drinks at their bar were amazing. The beach is right across the street and the hotel offers free chairs. We are loving everything about our stay.

It was a very cute conveniently located hotel. Located right across from the beach. But my 6 year old son loved the hotel pool, it was small but pool area was really cute. Downtown Miami and South Beach was about a 15 min drive by car. Very convenient to get around to and from hotel. Only thing was they charge a fee for parking each night.

So I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and I must say it was so amazing. The rooms are so cute and bright. As soon as we walked into the room I felt warm and cozy. The bathroom are a little small but cute none the less. My only complaint was that we were charged a $150 fee without an explanation and when we asked we were told it was for a holding fee. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. We flew into FLL airport and it was a short 30min ride to hotel via uber ( $33)!!. DO NOT TAKE THE " SUPER SHUTTLE".

The customer service was excellent, hotel room was spacious and accommodated my needs, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. I stayed at the Circa 39 hotel a week ago and I can hardly wait to revisit!
The wonder garden was a great touch that other hotels didn't offer. The customer service was great in helping me and my friends utilize the trolley (which is a free shuttle) so that we could get to where we needed to go hassle free.
Mid Beach was across the street that offered free seating courtesy of the hotel. The hotel was clean, beautifully landscaped, and offered my friends and I am experience we won't forget!
Thank you to the management and staff for all that you did to make our trip all the more enjoyable! We can't wait to visit again!response / report this review -

Hotel smelled of mildew. Lobby, pool, and backyard was amazing. Room had lovely and cute decor. Bathroom was great. TV could be larger. Wow, the walls were thin I woke up early twice because of outside voices and noise.
