I had a reservation for mid-October for Falcons/Dolphins game. Called to cancel only to find out that "we are closed until Spring of 2018" oh how nice. Do you think they might've left me know, seeing that I made my reservation months ago? Terrible! I don't even want to give them 1 star!

A terrible hotel. Ive never felt unsafe in a hotel room until I stayed here. (I lived in NYC for 13 years) Awful!!!! Dirty beds sticky carpet and smelly rooms. I called the front desk and canceled the next night they said it was cool then found out they charged me for the second night. I called the main number and its busy constantly. I refused to write a bad review earlier because I didn't want to hurt their business but game on because they lied when they said they would refund my second night. ~Thomas Fluharty ps It wouldn't let me post this until I clicked one star I wouldn't even rate it one star.

Nice large rooms, however there was no internet connection. Some peeling paint in the bathrooms, and carpets were very worn. Standard continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again for the price if I could get a room with internet.

room was large. Wifi available in lobby but because our room was just above the lobby, we also had access within the room. cleanliness could be improved. Beds were very soft and noisy. Quiet place, only a few blocks from centennial park. With free parking, we parked the car and walked to where we wanted to go, and saved on parking. The fitness center is very small a treadmill, an elliptical (broken) and a few free weights. The personnel is very friendly. Free continental breakfast, but it only starts at 7:00 am. The lobby has been redecorated, but the hotel needs an overall updating. The carpets in the hallway are stained and disgusting. We heard they were in the process of redoing the upper floors. We still enjoyed our stay for the location, price and customer service.

Room is spacious and comes with free breakfast. Close to the Philips arena and world Congress center. Excellent customer service. They happily provide anything you need like fresh towels or extra pillows.

Great location, close to the Georgia Dome and the new Falcon's stadium. The hotel looks old and rundown, rooms are okay.. No complaints with the service.

Raging party next to my room that the desk will not break up. 1am and no chance of sleep. Complete waste of money no matter how convenient the location is.

There were people loitering in the parking lot, loud, obnoxious music in the lobby and the receptionist's clothes were faded and wrinkled. We got to our room, the A/C was broken, at least 20 flies in the room, beds were old, blood on curtains, stains on floor, fridge was hot and under the sink was a hairbrush and mold. Called front desk and never received call back, called again, rude receptionist said maintenance was on the way and they couldn't move us because they were booked. Had to call Expedia for refund. Don't go unless you want lice.

The only reason I'm rating this a 2 star is due to the convenience of the location and some of the staff here are friendly! They where good with my kids which are 2 and 9months old! On the other hand the furniture is not in good shape, wifi doesn't work. we didn't understand how to work the shower and when we went up to ask the gentleman up at front desk told me to try to do it the correct way and turned around and continued to talk on the phone. The room service came in and gave us new towels and changed the trash bags but didn't make our beds! Then I walk into the bathroom which doesn't have a hair dryer as stated in the info. And see a cock roach! Yes a live cock roach!

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay within walking distance from the Dome this is your place but don't expect too much. Rooms were dated, dirty and smell. Cars were broken into in the overflow lot even with a security guard on duty so make sure to bring valuables in. This place has so much potential and I wish it could get a face lift and a cleaning crew who put some effort in.

Nice place to relax the hospitality by staff is not so great professional but their attitudes are not professional. Its like talking to a MACHINE you ask one question you will get one answer which makes you keep having to ask. A least that was my experience. Other then that ai would stay again. Last resort for me
