Kevin was so amazing and very helpful through this process. He made sure that he kept me in the loop about how my car was doing and when I had to bring it back he assured me that they would make sure that everything would be ok and not to worry. Everything worked out great.

Rob was my service tech. Haven't seen him in a while and yet he remembered my name. He is always positive, courteous and helpful.
Another customer of his, Pat, and I were talking about his solid service. She is a widow and Rob has helped her with her '08 Towne and Country, since her husband passed away. Nothing but glowing comments. He is fine asset for Courtesy.

Wonderful experience! I brought my truck in for a recall but when I told Jason Miller of an additional problem I was having, he diagnosed the problem and had the mechanic look at it. They were able to figure out why my mpg was so low and were ready to fix it. The part needed to be ordered. They took me home and came back and picked me up when the truck was ready. Jason kept me apprised of my repairs and explained everything they were doing and an upcoming repair that I will need. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Thank a lot, everyone!

I went to courtesy to buy my used vehicle and I dealt with Matt Hoople. Absolutely a great salesman. He seems to be open, honest and straight forward. He followed through on all that he said he would. He worked with my crazy work schedule when I had to meet with him. He seemed to be a busy guy, which I personally view as a good thing looks like customers like working with him. Thanks! I love my jeep :)

This is the best place to buy and have your car serviced. Rob, Brent and Jason are always very helpful. I usually drop my car off and Joe takes me home which is very nice. They also pick you up when your vehicle is done. Or you can rent a vehicle at a good price. I couldn’t recommend anyone else like these guys. They are the best

Dealership was really easy to work with. I talked to 15+ dealerships in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan looking for a specific configuration. No other dealer I spoke with would honor their web price when asked to. Courtesy did honor their price. Great deal, great people. I was in and out in about an hour with a 2017 Pacifica.

Purchased my first truck from them in 2002, 15 years later I purchased my first Wrangler. Got a great deal and found the transaction was smooth and easy. The salespeople are straight with you and the vehicles are solid. My Wrangler is used, and got a few years and miles on it. The 4X4 linkage broke, which is common in Wranglers. Within a day they got it in and fixed, gave me a super nice new Renegade to drive and even filled my tank, all without questions asked and plenty of apologies for my inconvenience. (It was covered under the 30,000 mile warranty) I doubt you will get that service at many other dealers. That's my honest story, hope you have a great experience like I had.

Bought a Jeep there. They are fine, not really great as they are hungry for your business initially and follow up within the 1st week of purchase, but after that crickets or no more follow up.

I had an issue with the Jeep first month of ownership (couldn't get gas in it for some sort of shut valve issue). They then took excellent care of my issue! They were very pleasant to work with then. Gave me a free loaner.

Completely lost our fear of used car sales men! Chris Schutz and Brett(the finance guy) made buying my first car a great experience! The process was almost completely stress free. They did everything they could to help get me get the car I wanted. Everyone here was extremely nice and helpful and not pushy! If you are in the market to buy a new or used car I would definitely recommend this place! Next time we need a car we will for sure be going back!!!

My husband and I were treated with such great service! We brought our kids to a test drive and ended up buying a used vehicle. The staff was so accommodating of us and the kids. The sales team was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all! We felt very comfortable with the entire process. Mad props to Terry Madison (super great) and the team for helping us!

Stopped into Courtesy as a last resort from the typical Dealerships/brands that I normally shop. Met Matt Hoople and he showcased a few different makes/models of cars that I wasn't familiar with. Ended up purchasing a car from him because of the quality of vehicles and the great upstanding salesmanship of Matt. He was very accommodating and wasn't pushy, just wanting to help and offer information to the best of his ability. Extremely happy with my car and look forward to shopping there next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.

We showed up Saturday morning and were met by James a few minutes later. I gave him a high level snapshot of the situation: I had done my homework and wanted 2 things: best price and no shenanigans.
Minutes later we were test driving a new vehicle. V6, cold weather package, everything I had mentioned in that brief introduction.
Fast forward a short time later and they pulled up my wife's new Cherokee for her to drive home. Shiny, clean, and with a full tank of gas.

If you don't want to play the games many other dealerships play, this is the place to go. My thanks to James and team for hearing what we said and actually listening. This is how car buying should be. Best deal and stress free.

I was on my way into (around 4 pm on a Friday) town for the evening from Detroit, 6 months pregnant and my husbands car started acting odd. I brought it straight to the dealership and they were able to squeeze me in, stay late on a Friday, help me out to the best of their ability and have my care safe to drive home later that evening. I completely recommend this dealership, their staff is attentive, friendly and put me as the customer first, understanding I had a 3 hour drive home that evening. Their waiting room is comfortable, clean and accommodating (yummy cookies too). The staff also spoke to my husband over the phone explaining to him in detail what was going on with his car, since I know nothing about cars. They didn't try to oversell, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership, I appreciate that they went above and beyond for me, and that their staff stayed over to help me get home safely. Thank you!
