Do not go there my daughter and little cousin did not like their out come. My little cousin asked for a color change from the first color she chose and the technician told her no. That is some B.S. so we walked backed in there and the whole entire mood changed. End result color change.

WORST ever. I️ was shopping and needed a quick polish change. Pretty simple I️ thought. Oh my word! It looks like a 3 year old polished my nails. I️ asked her to redo both thumbs and she did but it was still a disaster. It took her forever and I️ was so upset with the overall outcome just left without saying anything further. Do not use their services. It’s terrible.

Absolutely awful! It’s been 2 weeks since I got my toenails done and they cut my nails so short that I now have a VERY infected toenail. I’ve only had an infected toenail once before and it was he worst pain of my entire life. I will now have to have almost half of my toenail removed because my nail is small as it is. I can go to university and get them done and have them look much nicer and have them done for a lot cheaper. I highly suggest Nails Elegance over near Sam’s club.

Worst "manicure" I've ever experienced. Rushed, sloppy, unprofessional and not worth the money. Thankfully I picked a light, metallic color that semi hides my half painted nails, bubbles and streaks.

Very disrespectful group of "women". I was unhappy with my service and asked for someone else to do my nails. I was then yelled at and grabbed. The nail tech had my finger in her hand pinching and pulling and wouldn't let me go after she already cut all my nails off and said I need to pay. Then when I told her to let me go or we would have a problem on our hands she called me crazy. Then when I moved to get my nails moved no one was doing anything to remove my nails. I feel disrespected and will never go there again even if it was free. I mean it was like a scene from one of those Facebook videos. Very ghetto, dirty, loud, and disrespectful. Oh and they also do "individual" lashes with hair glue I have my cosmetology license and was never taught to use hair glue for lashes like that.

My boyfriend and I came here for a pedicure date. It was an hour before closing and both of our pedicures were extremely rushed. We have come here previously and received great service, but this day, we were undervalued and unappreciated as customers. We were not satisfied and after informing them of our unhappiness, we received numerous excuses and a $4 discount. I do not recommend this salon anymore.

Rude, rough, and unsanitary. From the beginning, they were too focused on eating their edible arrangement to start my nails. Felt like they were trying to rip my nails off when they were doing them, I kept having to tell them they were hurting me and they thought it was funny. While i was getting my nails done, the older late was using thw scissors they use to trip YOUR eyebrows to trip her nose hairs and didn't even clean them.

Ms. Kim always does a great job with my nails. I always make appointments because they do stay very busy. The ladies that do the eyelashes are most definitely the best in town hands down. Thanks for always doing a great job.

As a nail tech, I try to reason with any other nail tech that does my nails & this has been by far the worst place ever!!! I do not recommend. Went in for a fill in & the nail technicians kept making excuses & didn't know who was going to do my fill & they were really rude. When they finally decided on a person (there were 3 people sitting there) got my fill & everything I asked she didn't do. I had to repeatedly tell her over & over . Wasn't happy with the results !

Okay, so, my I went there for the first time yesterday and it was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I only had roughly 30 dollars to spend and good acrylic nails are usually more. So when I was walking around the mall and say that they were only 25 dollars I should've know that I was going to get what I paid for. The first problem was that as soon as I sat down, he knocked the nail tips in the floor, which was dirty, and when he picked them up he didn't even bother to do any type sanitization, he just stuck them on my nail. A few were crooked and he just told me that they were fine. He didn't even sainitize the electric file before he used it. And I already had a cut on my thumb and he went over it multiple times like it wasn't even there. And it was big so you couldn't miss it. I wanted a matte top coat on my nail and it was uneven and he left glossy spots on my nail. I didn't even leave a tip. This place isn't even worthy of one star.

Doesn't even deserve one star! There was an older lady down stairs who started doing my nails first. I had a few broken acrylic nails that needed to be taken off and replaced. However in the process of taking the nails off the lady was ripping my nails not taking her time at all and it was very painful. She ended up making me bleed on my thumb. I immediately got up to go wash the blood off my hands and she caught attitude with me (mind you she already had one when I walked in). So I left and called Mr. Lee himself to let him know what a terrible job his staff was doing. He said I can get a fill in for $10 upstairs ,however when I got there the lady was trying to charge me 30 and told me she wasn't doing my nails because I told her I wasn't going to pay 30 because Mr. Lee had told me I could get my fill in for 10. When I asked her if she had spoken with him she said that she had , But she said he told her to give me a discount and she said she did ( which was apparently only three dollars). It was the worst experience i've ever had at a nail salon and I would recommend anyone to go there!!!
